"Who the hell is here?! What do you want with me?"
Faith was screaming into the dark sky, there were no clouds no stars no moon. It was just utter darkness. She had seen something that chilled her to her very core. A sign with her name on it pointing her in a direction. A direction she didn't want to move towards.
The only light source in this ghost town was the dim glow of two golden gates. All the street lights had blown out and there was no sign of life anywhere. 'This was it' she thought as she took a single step closer to the monstrous pearly gates. 'It would all be over, her brief escape cut short by her bastard father' she took another step, her legs willing her forward even though her mind was telling her not to move. They would punish her with things making death seem like a stroll on the beach. Her heart was in her mouth and her stomach was doing flips. Still she moved closer and closer to the gates. She knew theses gates all too well. They were the gates to heaven. To her home.
-Dean's POV-
He pulled himself off of the bed. The room was dimly lit, the only light filtering in from the holes in the moth eaten curtains. He could faintly see Sam's shadow on the bed next to his. It was quiet, but it was nice. He ruffled through his duffle bag until he found some clothes.
Dean made his way to the bathroom where he pulled on the cord that bathed the small room in a grimy yellow light. He turned the rusted taps and splashed his face with the cool water before grabbing the grubby towel from the side of the sink. He the proceeded to remove his pyjamas and got dressed quickly and silently. He pulled on a blue t shirt and his most comfortable pair of jeans, he then layered a plaid shirt on top. He left the bathroom, trying not to wake his younger brother. He grabbed a small hand gun and slid it into the waistband of his jeans then he grabbed his jacket, keys and phone before leaving the shitty motel room.
He found his baby in the parking lot and slid into the front seat. He checked his phone, still no message from Faith. He was beginning to get worried, this had happened every night for at least two months. It seemed to be getting worse but there was nothing the Winchesters could do. Just as Dean was sliding his keys into the ignition there was a sudden flash of blinding white light and he was suddenly transported to some field in the middle of nowhere.
"Cas why the hell do you do this, you could just call instead of freakin flying me to some random place?!"
"Now is not the time Dean, how could you do this?"
Cas's tone freaked Dean out, it was like he was being scolded by a parent but of course both Deans parents were dead. He swallowed the lump in his throat and remained calm, he really had no idea what the angel was talking about.
"Urrr Cas hate to burst your bubble but what are you talking about?"
"You have been hiding a pure angel for two months! Do not play dumb with me Winchester!"
And suddenly it clicked. Faith...
"What have you done to her!"
The anger bubbled inside him as he thought of someone hurting her.
"I do not choose what happens to her Dean, she is our fathers problem. What were you thinking?!"
"we didn't kidnap her or anything, we helped her and we have been for two months. We had no idea she was so wanted, but that doesn't give you the right to kill her!"
"They wouldn't kill her, she is not like me Dean she is so much more powerful and oh so rare. It would be a direct hit at heaven if she was to die, shes one of his most prised possessions."
"She is not anyones possession, shes her own person. Maybe theres a reason she left, have you ever thought about it she had to have a good reason to leave. I mean its heaven for god's sake?"
"The few times I met her, I could tell that she was never happy here. She was always being watched and was expected to do so much she just wanted to be free to live a normal life. It angered him so much that he would often punish her. Perhaps that is why she left to be free of his watching eyes and to try and be human?"
"So if they won't kill her what will they do?"
Cas sighed, it was a sad sigh and his eyes became glazed over. Dean felt a pang of sympathy towards the angel. He was so gentle, wouldn't hurt a fly but he has to follow the orders set by upstairs.
"First they will take her memories away, painfully like ripping a piece of her out as she watches. Then... then they will tourture her she will wish she could die so she didn't feel the pain. It would be like dying a thousand times. They will make her wish she had never left and when they are finished she will be a blank emotionless robot forced to live in constant fear of her own father."
Dean couldn't speak, it was a lot to process. She would forget him and sam and the past two months, they had been the best 8 weeks of his life. He had fallen for her, and now just as he was realising how much he cared about her she would be taken away from him.
-Faith-
She stepped through the gates and was instantly transported to a beautiful garden. With lush green grass and all sorts of beautiful exotic plants. This wasn't like her father, he was a straightforward man he wouldn't waste time with such beautiful scenery. She was right as soon as she thought about it her surroundings changed. It was like she was in hell, the lush grass had turned into cold iron and there were no plants just chains and fire. She knew what was coming and she still felt numb, paralysed with fear. And then he appeared, right in front of her.
