No, I don't report those types of things. Though I will include them in a review if the story is deserving of one (either good or bad). Reporting stories for bad grammar would be a waste of the Wattpad staff's time. So, to clarify, I may leave constructive criticism on other stories (you have to read between the bits of anger for the constructive parts), but I do not report anything that does not break the guidelines.
I have never had a book taken down simply for bad grammar or bad/lazy writing. I have had books taken down for breaking Wattpad's content guidelines. Namely those regarding the author posting pornographic images. If bad writing and a plethora of grammatical errors are present in a work with pornographic images present, I may comment on those things in addition to informing the author the media content they posted is not allowed, but I have never specifically had a book removed for those nitpicks.
