Hyungwon's POV

I froze for a moment. Did I misheard Changkyun? Judging by the seriousness, I would say that he's not. I was honestly shocked by his confession. It's not that I didn't knew the fact that Changkyun is close to Jooheon, but the fact that they're dating is not settling in yet. Now, I would've been fine if not for the fact that Kihyun despise the guy.

I decided to speak after the quiet moment. "Well... I wouldn't say that I'm not shocked, because that's a lie, but I don't know how to process this." I said slowly, not wanting to hurt his feelings. "At least you didn't call me an unfaithful friend." Changkyun laughed dryly as he looked down at his hand. I pat him on his head, a form of comforting that I do when his upset.

"Hyung, do you think Kihyun hyung will hate now?" Changkyun asked me quietly. He looked so broken. I don't blame him. Kihyun is closer to him than he is to me. But, Jooheon had a bad history with Kihyun. "No he won't. He's just... shocked that you didn't tell him, well, tell us earlier." I said thoughtfully. It wasn't Changkyun's fault now that I think of it. Kihyun didn't tell Changkyun the full story like he did to me. Changkyun would've thought it was something small and such.

"Listen, Kyun. He doesn't and will not hate you. He's just shocked like I am. Jooheon and Kihyun don't have a good history together and that might've caused his patience to snap. He isn't one that is really good with patience." I tried to convince Changkyun again. He didn't look at me but I can see that he's not as tense. Which is a good thing.

"I guess we'll have to wait?" He sounded like he wanted to convince himself. "We'll have to wait." I said in confirmation. At this point, we were using English again, seeing that Changkyun is more calm. I didn't want this problem to bother Changkyun that much. He might seem cold and sometimes sassy, but he isn't one to hide his emotions very well. Not to Kihyun. And certainly not to me.

"Now, let us go. I have Astronomy in a bit, so we don't have much time to tuck you in." I said in a made up voice as I offered him my hand. The voice that our upperclassmen, Daniel, would use. Changkyun cracked a smile and took my hand. With my free hand, I lifted the Muffliato spell and opened the door, only to find Eunwoo leaning next to the door.

"What are you doing here, Eunwoo?" Changkyun asked to our junior. "Well, I wanted to tell you that Kihyun wants to speak to you. But, seeing that you were having a serious conversation, I decided to wait. Now, Changkyun, let us go downstairs." He said calmly like always. I wonder how the guy could keep his composure so calm all the time. "Wait, I need to calm down first." Changkyun said nervously.

I squeezed Changkyun's shoulder as to assure him before I went downstairs. I nodded at Eunwoo, which he returned, and left them. I feel bad that I have to leave first, but I don't want to have limited seat choices. Another reason is the fact that Wonho would probably be there.

I arrived downstairs to see Kihyun sitting quietly in front of the fire place. He looked like he was in deep thought. Quietly, I approached him and sat next to him. "What are you thinking about, hyung?" I asked using Korean again. It's something Kihyun, Changkyun, and I use to be serious with each other. Kihyun didn't flinch, but he tensed up.

"He's not angry at me, is he?" He asked, not looking at me. He ruffled his hair in, from what I can see, frustration that he snapped at Changkyun. I held his hand and squeezed it. With Kihyun, it was the only thing that can calm him. (A/N: I made this up, I don't know if this is a fact or not) He did, but he still looked frustrated. "Look, hyung. He's not angry at you, but he's really sad that you didn't take it well. Considering the fact that he doesn't really know what happened between you and Jooheon. So please, don't be too harsh on him, yeah? At least give him your reason." I said looking at him softly. Changkyun is like a younger brother to me. And even though Kihyun is closer to me, I didn't see him as a brother. His more of a mother figure. But right now, he's not acting like himself. I wanted to snap him out of this.
