Chapter 10

A/N: Hey~ I'm sorry that I only made a short update last week. Honestly, I wanted to make another chapter last week, but I didn't because I always procrastinate 😥😥. And sadly, I don't know if I can make one next week either. I am currently preparing for my midterm exam which will start tomorrow (wish me luck). I also made some revision here and there. Hyungwon's POV

Everything seemed to calm down for the next day between Wonho and I. Of course Minhyuk didn't stop giving me a glare or two. But the tension between Changkyun and Kihyun didn't go down that much, sadly enough. It was because of Jooheon's presence, which didn't let the tension go down unless one of them made up. To say that things were a little bit awkward was an understatement really.

Jooheon was one of those people who didn't care for blood purity that much. Which was a little bit of a surprise on my part because he's friends with Wonho, who's still arrogant at me on every given moment, although he didn't really verbally communicate with me. Only talking loudly about me being a loner. Amyways, back to topic, so Jooheon is friends with Wonho who think highly about blood purity. On top of that, Jooheon came from a pretty prestigious family. Though I can see why he's like that. His family aren't really and him aren't really in good term. That wasn't a secret though.

Now back to the situation. Since the secret is out, there was no reason to hide from Kihyun anymore. After the night Kihyun and Changkyun had a talk, Kihyun made the choice of making a truce to Jooheon. And one thing lead to another, Kihyun decided it was a good idea to have Jooheon in our gang. Now here we are, at Lunch Break in the Great Hall. We were sitting at the end off the Ravenclaw table.

The whole school didn't really like Kihyun. Nor do they like the fact that Jooheon is hanging out with our group. That made Kihyun's reputation to sink drastically, not that he cares anyway. Kihyun got used to it after one year. The year he broke up with Shownu. Not a good year I would say. Many nasty rumors were flying around. Now that Jooheon is with the gang, others speculate that Kihyun was trying to get Jooheon to go out with him. And that also has something to do with Shownu.

Now, I know that all of this is confusing. About Shownu, Kihyun, and Jooheon. And how the three would be related to one topic. But, let's just say that Kihyun's life wasn't smooth. He had to give up his friendship with Jooheon just to be with Shownu. But I guess some people are just not meant to be. It would've been better if the break up was in a good term, but no. Shownu wasn't really the good guy here. And I wasn't able to stop it from happening. Neither did Changkyun. Well, Changkyun didn't know Jooheon's involvement.

So, this is what happened. Kihyun was always the good student. He always gets good grades. He was also one of the popular kids. But he was the one that reached out for me first. People stopped bothering me as much since I'm friends with Kihyun. That year, Changkyun didn't attend Hogwarts because of family troubles. Hence, why he doesn't know what happened. Jooheon started to become close to Kihyun since they were partners for 2 years. Jooheon used to be the center of attention next to Wonho.

With that fact, Kihyun became more popular. But with that popularity, other things came with it. Kihyun started getting some letters from other students, both male and female. Usually, the letters were about a confession. Kihyun didn't pay attention to any of the letters though. He often asked my help to dispose of the letters he received. That went on for about 2-3 weeks. Of course, Jooheon would occasionally help so I became friends with him as well. I never knew why, but he gave me comfort in a weird way. Like a little brother. But of course I didn't tell him that, incase he found me weird or some sort.
