*Black Hill Manor; 3:05pm*

Black hill manor.

The house with the unsolvable impossible case.

Everyone has tried to solve it but..

No one could.

Not until me of course.

Louis and I are outside the manor. Just admiring the view of it. The house looks some what abandoned, well of course, since the residents moved out of this place to escape the terrible memory.

Who would want to be living in a house where their son was tied up in,beat to death in, and left for did in, and it all took place in the basement.

"Well this is it,mate." Louis says turning to look at me. "Ready to do some investigating?"

"Been ready since I first heard of this case man." I smirk. "Let's go in." He nods and we both walk up the steps to the manor. Louis grabs the keys to unlock the door.

"Officers said, they left everything how it was." He said as we both entered the manor.

Crime scene papers.

Police yellow tape.

Everything covered in plastic

Typical crime scene.

The manor looks intact,as if someone is still living here. There's no dirt or anything. Something doesn't seem right here already.

"Louis.. Didn't you say the officers said that they left this place intact?" I question putting on my elastic glove on my right hand. "Meaning no one has cleaned this place up?"

"That's what they said Detective." He said eyeing the house.

I walk over to a table. "Then why.." I pause myself and run my index finger on the surface of the table. "..is there no dust?" Holding my index finger up revealing no dust.

"I don't know detective." He said grabbing his phone. "I'm going to go call them and ask them about this, be free to roam around the house, and do your Detective stuff." He said dialing the number and walking outside.

Well how am I supposed to solve this case with all the possible evidence being disinfected, and dusted off?

I run a hand through my hair and let out a sigh before heading up stairs to take a look around. Maybe only the downstairs is cleaned off, hopefully.

I walk up the stair case leading to a long narrow hallway. I examine the floor and see no stains what so ever.

"Found anything yet?" Louis asks from behind me.

"Nothing." I turn around to face him. "So what did the officers say?"

"Ah, okay well guess what." He shakes his head.

"What?"

"Officers said they know nothing about this, they said no one has been inside here since the last detective was here, and that was over 4 months ago."

"Strange." I mutter.

"That's not the strangest it gets."

"What do you mean?"

"Well a few patrol officers were assigned to patrol this manor and locked up the gates so no one could enter."

"Okay so.. What's so strange about that?"

"Well the front gate was wide opened when we got here wasn't it?"

"Shit.. thats right.." I say and he nods. "Does this mean--"

Suddenly there was a loud slam of the front door closing making Louis and I jump.

"What the fuck was that?" Louis says startled. We both run down the stairs to find the door closed like we left it.. But a note on the ground.

I look over at Louis and he gives me a nod to check out the paper. I once again put on my glove and pick up the paper from the ground.

Leave.

Is all it says.

This can only mean one thing.

The murder/Kidnapper is still here.
