Jaemin was always very caring

Jaemin was always very caring. He always had a fatherly nature about him, a very paternal instinct. It came naturally to him, especially when it came to his friends and family. He treated Jisung as if he were his own. But something about the small boy he bumped into made him care a lot, almost as much as he cared for Jeno. The way his eyes lit up with hurt as he limped, a wanting to grab and carry him to safety. The way his purely white teeth glistened as his mouth opened to groan in pain. Renjun? That's what he said. His skin was soft, by the looks of it. The last time Jaemin ever felt like this was when he met Jeno. Which is seemingly stupid as he cares and loved his boyfriend more then anyone.

The three finally reached the nurses office, walking and in and greeting the nurse. "What gives me the pleasure of seeing you and Jeno today, Jaemin?" Renjun wasn't offended when she totally blanked him out, most people did. But it happened to piss Jeno off.

He hated when others were just ignored. In anyway, shape, or form. Jeno was all for looking after people who are left out of situations. He was the one person who chose to work with the person who didn't have anyone else. He likes to know everyone and  anyone at school, hence why he was annoyed he didn't know Renjun's name, he thought he knew everyone.

"Oh, well, Renjun and I had a slight collision in the corridor, and he's limping, we thought you could check his leg." Jaemin said, pointing towards the boy. The nurse snapped her head to where he pointed, feeling bad that she didn't greet him, or even notice him. "Ah, well take a seat on the bed then, Jun." The nurse said. "Renjun." Jeno snapped, causing the nurse to jump a bit.

"Ah yes, Renjun." The boy slightly nodded, taking a seat on the bed. "I'm gonna have to roll up your trousers, is that okay?" Renjun nodded, avoiding eye contact with everyone in the room.

Jeno and Jaemin glared at the nurse as she rolled up his trouser leg, it was unconscious. Both of them noticed the others facial expression mimicked their own. Jaemin sat down beside Renjun, watching him flinch once the nurse wiped his graze.

He wanted so badly to hold the others hand, but noticing the awkward aura radiating from him, he held himself back. Looking to Jeno, he smiled, seeing the intent look the other held. He wasn't jealous his boyfriend stared at Renjun like that, Jaemin wasn't the jealous type.

"Oh heavens, you've sprained your ankle, dear, let me put a bandage on it, then you can go home. Get some rest and don't walk around too much, would you like to call one of your parents?" Renjun just nodded. Not bothering to tell the nurse that he can't call a parent, let alone rest.

"Ah, well, I have to go collect some new supplies that were delivered, can you look after him?" The couple immediately nodded each muttering a soft 'yes', wanting nothing more then to comfort the boy.

Renjun sat staring at the floor, figuring out what to do. If he went home he would have to walk to the train station, then walk from the train station to his house. Maybe he could go to the cafe and ask if he can work extra hours. This wouldn't help his sprained ankle, but he didn't care. He needed to stay active and busy, that's the way things have always been.

"Hey Renjun, maybe we should call your mum or dad?" Jeno said, sitting himself on the other side of the boy. "I can't." Renjun said, grabbing his bag from underneath his feet. "Do you not have a phone, maybe we could call them." Jaemin offered.

"I don't live around here, I'll have to take the train, thank you for bringing me here, but I really can take care of myself." Renjun bowed, limping towards the door. Jeno's hand instinctively reached out, stopping himself as it grazed the smaller boy's loose shirt. Jaemin stepped forward, attempting to intercept the boy and block the door. But they were seemingly left in the dust. Having to let him go, wanting so badly to help him walk and take him home, and force him to rest.

But they couldn't.
