Today was pretty much a normal day which consisted of Sabrina going to another interview and me being too involved with writing.
I turned on the TV when I was done and smiled when I saw my girlfriend.
"So tell us the meaning of Alien, which is one of her new songs if you didn't know." The interviewer, Kelly, said to her.
"The song... it has a meaning to me, now more than anything. It's when you're with someone and at that point, maybe they don't realize it, but they don't really show that they love you. This however doesn't have to be with relationships, but it can relate with friendships as well."
"But for you, does it relate to you and Y/N's relationship right now?" Kelly questioned.
She hesitated and played with the ring on her finger before answering. "Well no. It relates to one of my previous friendships and old relationships that didn't end well."
"Okay then, well let's talk about your Singular Tour."
"All I can say is that it'll be here soon." Kelly groaned, causing to Sabrina laugh.
...
I heard the front door open and keys dropping.
Sabrina sighed and I heard the door next to my office open and close. She went straight to the music room.
I put my pen down and put my regular glasses back on after cleaning them.
I stood up and walked to the music room, peeking my head through the door to see her playing sad melodies on the piano softly.
"Hey, can we talk?" I asked, walking straight into the room fully. She shrugged, not bothering to look up at my face.
"Sure." She spoke quietly.
"I'm sorry."
"Why are you apologizing? You didn't do anything. Did you?" She questioned.
I shook my head. "I-"
"What? Did you cheat on me?" She asked, oddly calmly like it wouldn't be a shock if I was. But maybe that's my fault for pushing myself away from her.
"Of course not. I would never cheat on you."
"Yeah." She said, writing something in her journal when she took a break from playing music.
"Will you please pay attention to me?"
"I am. I'm responding."
"I really want to talk, and it's serious. I need you to focus on me, Sabrina. Please?" She sat her stuff down and took off her reading glasses. She finally looked at me expectingly, waiting for me to talk.
"I'm sorry. I know I haven't been showing you lately that I love you, but I really do. I just, I don't know. I-i guess that I've been more focused on work and I didn't realize that I've started pushing everyone away. Especially you, and believe me, that was never my intention. I'm just so sorry."
"Then say it." She said, her eyes pleading. "Say that you love me."
"I love you, Sabrina Carpenter. With everything in me. With all my heart. With everything I have. I love you and I never have and I never will stop loving you."
I grabbed both sides of her face and I kissed her with so much love and passion as anyone could possibly give. She kissed me back with just as much but we had to pull away because we were running out of air.
"I love you, too, Y/N." The short blonde said, putting her arms around my and pulling me in for another loving kiss.
