So, We're Now Heroes?

Chapter 1

Three childhood friends, 2 boys and a girl. The first boy's name is Joichiru, the second boy's name is Rin, and the girl's name Yin.

They went to a library, Yin went to the dark area of the library where no one usually stays. She went there just to eat, and sleep. As she was about to sleep, something hard hit her head. Which was a book. 

 "Motherfucker. That hurt. What the fuck just hit me?" She says rubbing her head, she turns around and see a really thick book, but it was strange. I mean, what kind of book would have purple light seeping out of it? 

Anyways, she immediately stood up and ran towards her two friends. She saw her friends chatting about something she didn't really care. She stood in front of them and the two boys just looked at her in confusion. She wasted no time in dragging the two boys towards the dark place where she found the strange book.

 "Are we-" Joichiro started but Yin cut him off. 

 "No you perverted piece of shit." Yin replied. 

 "Why are we here?" Rin asks. 

 "Look, I found this-- well more like it found me. Anyways check the book out." She says as she crouches down and picks the book up. She shows them the book. 

 "Woah.." 

 "What the hell? Why's there purple light seeping out of it?" Rin asks, Yin just shrugs her shoulders. She then opens the book and there was nothing. The two boys scooted closer to see what was inside. She flipped through the pages and saw a page with writing she read it out loud, but not too loud for the library to hear.

"What is the destiny of the three young heroes? Never judge what is on the outside, but the heart of one's soul."

 "What the? It just ends here." She says. 

 "What?! That's all?! Gimme the book." Joichiru said as he flipped the blank pages just in case they missed something. Yin looked at her phone and realized it was time for them to go. They had to go back to school, they skipped class since Math lasted for 2 hours. 

 "We need to go, Math's almost done." Yin says showing them the time. Joichiru returns the book and the three ran to go back to school.

 Once they left the book started rattling and fell onto the floor, the book starts flipping it's pages and a new story was written. 

 -time skip- 

 The three were now in school and not listening to their teacher's words. Joichiru was sleeping, Rin was doodling and Yin was looking out the window. She was daydreaming until she saw something weird. 

It was some sort of figure, but it was all black and smokey. Like some sort of spirit. Yin looked around if any of her classmates noticed the figure, seems to be she was the only one. She smacked her childhood friends to get their attention. 

 They turned to her and had a questioning look on them. She pointed at the figure outside, they looked and their eyes widen at the sight. 

 "What the hell is that?" Joichiru asks. 

"I don't know but, something's not right." Rin says. 

 "We're literally the only people who can see this, I checked a while ago if anyone saw." Yin says quietly. 

 "What the fuck is going on?" Rin asks. 

 "I don't really know. This is weird, just like that book. It makes no sense." Yin says, suddenly the bell rings signaling it's lunch. The three looked at the front to see the teacher has already left. They turned back to the figure, but it was gone. They grabbed their lunch and went to the rooftop to discuss it.
