Dinner Party

Midoriya [POV]

I unlocked the door busting with excitement

"Mom" I called 

"Izuku you're home?" Mom popped into the living room

"Todoroki's coming over for dinner" I exclaimed

"really? that's good" She smiled clapping her hands together

"I don't know when but some time tonight" I shrugged

"aw Izuku you're supposed to give specific times" Mom told me with a laugh

"Sorry I was just really excited I forgot" I scratched at the back of my neck

"It's fine It doesn't matter anyways" she smiled kissing me on the forehead

*Time skip: later that night*

The doorbell rung and immediately I knew who it was.  I rushed to the door opening it up excitedly.  Todoroki stood outside 

"Todoroki hi come in" I exclaimed stepping aside

"Thanks" He faintly smiled stepping inside as I shut the door

"Mom" I called and my mom came out from the kitchen

"Oh my you must be Todoroki I've heard so much about you from Izuku you're so tall" she cooed grasping his hands smiling brightly

"Thank you Ma'am" he responded

"Oh do I look old enough to be a ma'am" my mom laughed

"oh sorry" Todoroki apologized

"I'm joking I'm joking" she laughed "You can just call me Inko" 

"Okay" he nodded

"I can make you two some tea if you'd like since dinner is not quite finished yet" my mom offered

"No thank you" Todoroki insisted sheepishly

"Todoroki I thought you liked tea" I exclaimed

"Fuyumi is punishing me for making a mess the other day it's fine" he insisted with a small laugh

"Your sister isn't here though" I urged

"Eh she'll find out one way or another so I best not" he smiled laughing again

"if you say so" My mom smiled going back to the kitchen

"Todoroki we can go to my room for now" I urged taking him by the wrist leading him to my room

"Okay" he responded I shut my door behind us and felt a blush creep across my face as I realized how my room must compare to his

"Your room is very..., bright" He observed looking around

"Yeah I guess so" I scratched at the back of my neck

"It suits your personality" he responded with a smile and I felt my heart skip a beat

"You think so?" I asked nervously

"You're a very bright person just like your room" he insisted

"Thanks I guess that means I'm the opposite of you" I joked
