I shut the Tesla door and stared out the front window into my office where I could see Woods walking back to his desk. He had the biggest smile on his face and it wasn't much walking, per say, more dancing. Sam and Catherine were both laughing at him and where probably questioning his gleefulness. I to had a huge smile on my face and Matt of course noticed it, "What has got you so happy all of a sudden," He followed my gazed and saw Woods just as happy, "oh, did something happen between you to?" Matt was playfully nudging me hopping I would tell him what happened.

"Sorry, but Amanda finds out first." His face immediately went dead. I guess he wasn't happy he had to wait to find out. I texted Amanda while in the car that I had to tell her something a.s.a.p. when I got home.

Amanda and Luna were standing in the driveway when we pulled up to the house. Nether of them went straight to great Matt but rather to my door. She was jumping up and down wanting me to tell her what I said was so urgent, "I asked Woods on a date and he said yes!" We both started jumping up and down and Luna joined in. Matt over heard me because I screamed it and he walked over. He isn't a girl so he wasn't jumping with joy but rather making us all group hug.

We went into the house and discussed how exciting this was going to be. I really had no clue what we were going to be doing for our date tomorrow and I had no idea what I should wear. Amanda helped me pick out a light yellow flowing crop top and light wash high waisted shorts with white converse.

"And then he said 'I thought it would be funny," Gunner and I were irrupting with laughter. Earlier we were talking about Rekt stuff but we started getting side tracked. He was asking me about myself to get to know me better. We were having a blast getting to know each other more and more. He's funny and I think that we could be good friends. Well, I thought that we were going to be friends but Gunner must have thought we could be something more. In the middle of us laughing he stopped and started walking closer to me slowly. I stopped laughing and I didn't know what was happening. My body just froze in it's place.

Gunner gently placed his hands on my waist and right check. I could feel his breath on my lips as his face became closer to mine. I couldn't believe this was happening right now. I closed my eyes not wanting to see what was coming. His lips gently touched mine. It lasted for a few seconds before he pulled away relishing I wasn't kissing back.

"Gunner, I-"

"No, I get it you don't like me like that." He started backing away to the other side of his office. His arms were crossed covering his body from embarrassment, "Gunner, you're a really great guy. It's just-"

"It's just you don't like me," Gunner looked very disappointed.

"No, I like someone else and they like me to. And we're going on our first date today," What I was saying wasn't helping me. It just sound worse, "Gunner, You're such an amazing person anyone would be lucky to have you, but that person just isn't me." I opened my arms and held them out to him. Gunner accepted my hug and we stood there for a while. We talk it over and we were just gonna act like it never happened. Maybe it could be a funny story in the future but for now it never happened. We both are just going to stay friends and Gunner was supportive once he found out that my date was with Woods tonight.

Woods P.O.V

I was on my way to orange base because Sam and I needed a walkie talkie I left there for a bit. When I was coming back down stairs something caught my attention out of my peripheral vision. It was Jamie and Gunner in his office. There we standing so close to each other and his hands were on her. I noticed her eyes close as he kept leaning closer to her. Then they kissed.

A spark of anger fused in me. I stormed out of orange base and to blue base and I hopped in may car. I banged my hand against my steering wheel. My anger was coming to the surface. My face was bright red and I was holding back from screaming. Tears were streaming from my eyes and I tried to control my anger. If someone saw me right now they might think I looked like a maniac but in reality my world was broke. Jamie was suppose to be going on a date with me today after work. Then she kissed Gunner.

I couldn't hold it back anymore and started to scream my frustration out load. It felt really good to let it out. But my chest was still hurting from the pain. I hit my steering wheel a couple more times before running out of energy. I placed my head on the wheel and let out all my tears. After a couple of minutes I ran out. I was now just sat here with drying tears and hurting.

Knock Knock

Someone out side my car tapped on my drivers window. Looking up at them I noticed it was Cat. I unlocked my doors and she went around and got into the passengers seat. She placed her hand on my back and started rubbing circles to try and calm me down, "I saw you when you were first got in your car. I thought it would be best to let you cool down a little before coming out here. What's wrong?" I told Catherine that I really didn't want to talk about it and she understood, "Hey, if you ever do want to talk about it you can come and talk to me. I think of you as my annoying brother most of the times anyway."
