"Radhika?" Preeti called out stepping into the former's room.

Radhika turned around glaring at the intruder while placing her neatly ironed clothes in the wardrobe. Preeti gulped and then pouted, "Why are you so grumpy?"

"I am not grumpy!" Radhika snapped grabbing another set of ironed clothes.

Preeti looked at her with a concerned face, "I take it you didn't like the guy?"

Radhika looked at her with narrowed eyes and pointed her index finger at her direction, "If anybody in this house, even as to manage to say the words, the blind date, they will be murdered! With my bare hands!"

Preeti heaved a sigh. "You definitely did not like a guy," she mumbled sitting on Radhika's bed.

"But why?" Preeti enquired earning herself a death glare.

"This chapter is closed. No more discussions on this topic, ever." Radhika stated with a pointed look.

The sound of footsteps approaching the room made Preeti whip her head back only to find her husband, Anand entering Radhika's room. She went to his side immediately while Radhika grabbed the last set of clothes aligning them neatly in her wardrobe. Neatness was never her forte. But somehow she always managed to keep her wardrobe organized.

'Don't talk, bad mood.' Preeti signalled to her husband who shut up instantly.

'I will be outside.' He signalled to his wife and glanced at his sister. She was busy mumbling random curses at the inanimate objects for not listening to her commands. She was also hurling curses at the various vendors on the street who were yelling calling out for the customers, selling vegetables, fruits and what not.

"Mumma!" Anand groaned standing before his mother who was laughing at some satirical jokes the news channel was playing.

"Where's the fire?" Sheetal asked rolling her eyes and shoving her son away from her view.

"If you don't stop your acts, this house will soon be on fire." He commented crossing his arms across his chest. Sheetal frowned looking up, "What are you talking about?"

"Radhika will set this house on fire, if you don't stop on sending her on blind dates!"

Sheetal switched off the TV and sighed. When she got home after meeting Mrs.Mehra, she didn't know Radhika was already at home. She switched on the tv out of habit and found had found herself watching some jokes and lost the track of time. She looked at her son with knitted eyebrows, "If I don't, then that woman will end up single her entire life."
