I wish I could show you your brilliance,
Which you know not.
You illuminated my very being,
But you in ignorance, dwell in the dark.
Like an eagle calling the cage its abode.
I wish I could show you my healing heart,
Which you cured in all your grace.
You're a healer disguised as a withering vine,
But you know not.
I wish I could show you,
How my heart went flying in all directions,
Screaming "I am love",
After it was touched by your divine light. The scars that you have are your possessions,
And I swear to take them away,
Just as you took my heart away,
With your soul piercing glance.
We are one of a whole,
But you know it not.
I have perched my ears,
And listened to the divine poetry,
Recited in my heart,
But you know it not.
