today, my friends, is the day that bangtan sonyeondan will be making kpop history once again by attending the 2019 grammy awards. they're nominated for one category and they're going to present an award!
i don't know about you guys, but i can't possibly express the amount of pride i have in them. from broken, poor, and looked-down-on idols, they have grown and blossomed into extraordinary and professional idols. i am so, so proud of them.
back in 2013, not a single one of them thought that they'd even make it past what, a few years? they never thought for a second back then that there was even a slight possibility of success.
but then
look at them now
my boys have gone to the billboard music awards, american music awards, and now the grammy awards. they've surpassed millions of sales, streams, and armys.
and through it all they remained so humble
i'm proud
