One boy raced into the bathroom, two raced down the stairs, and two more ran up the stairs as I waited for them all to pass. All of which, including me, had either shiny, dark, or light blonde hair and bright, crystal blue eyes. I sighed in relief once I hit the bottom.
"Raine, have you seen my jersey?" The eldest, Alexander, asked. Xander is captain of the basketball team. He has dark blonde hair and is really muscular.
"It's in the laundry." I replied with a smile. He grinned then ran up the stairs.
"Raine, do you know that's for breakfast?" Asher asked. Meet our track and cross country star. He's currently off season, so he's relaxing. He has light blonde hair and super strong legs. His arms are strong too, but his legs are just better.
"No, but I do know that Mom is in the kitchen." I answered. He nodded and then jogged to the bathroom.
"Raine, is it supposed to rain today?" Alister asked. I tried not to giggle and shook my head. Alister is a bit of a geek. He's got muscle like the rest, but he doesn't really like showing it off. He'd rather sit at home and play video games. He has shiny, platinum blonde hair like me.
"Go check the T.V." I told him.
"Raine, I need girl advice." Alexavier whined. Don't get Alexander and Alexavier confused, they are two very alike, but very different people. Xavier has light blonde hair and is the most muscle of them all. He's the star football player in the family. He's captain of the team. He's not very good with the ladies yet, but all of them want a good ride on him because they think he'll be amazing in bed due to all that muscle. "Why do girls only want sex these days?"
"Probably because they think you're a player who would never stick to one girl. Face it, brother, you're being stereotyped." I said. Xavier sighed, softly nodding his head and walking to the living room.
"Hey, Raine, Ashley wants you to go shopping with her later." Austin annouced. This is the only one of us who is in a serious relationship. This dark blonde haired boy has a very sweet girlfriend. Only downer, she also has a name that starts with A. Her nickname is Lee when we are around. Austin has muscles just as the rest of the boys, but it's mainly in his arms for he plays baseball as his selected sport. Ashley plays volleyball, if you're wondering. She has light brown hair and dark blue eyes.
"I'll think about it. You and her know how much I hate going out when I don't have to." I whined. Austin chuckled and ruffled my hair. I swatted his hand away, making him laugh more. As one, all six of us - who'd unknowingly gathered - walked into the kitchen. Our mother served us food with a smile. She and Dad have it hard. Six kids all at once. Originally, they didn't think Mom would be able to have kids, but here she is now with six all born on the same day, different hours. The woman still has back pains from it. Dad is probably already at work. We're a rich family who lives out in the country with only one house across the street. The same house that belongs to a certain set of bad boys; Maverick and Cash Baker. The two are three years apart, but look almost like twins only Maverick is more mature. Cash is eighteen whereas Maverick is twenty one. You'd think Maverick would've grown up a bit, but no, he hasn't. I walked out onto the porch for some calming air.
Cash walked out of his house, twirling his keys on his finger. I swallowed. He's not exactly bad looking. In fact, he's quite the opposite. He has brown hair that's cut all the way around except for the top which is dyed blonde. He's always, constantly playing with it. He has silver braces that sometimes twinkle when he smiles. He's a very goofy and funny kid at heart, still is. At school, though, he's a whole different person. It's an act. One that everyone believes. Everyone but me.
I used to spend late nights in my bedroom, watching Cash play out on a little fort in his backyard or chill out by the lake. I've always been tempted to go and talk to him, but I'm not a fan of being pushed away. I don't take it too lightly.
