Chapter 15

I wake up on the couch to see Timmy still sleeping. I turn my head and see Bruce is not in bed. I slowly get up and walk over to Timmy. I put my hand on his head and kiss it. I walk out of our bedroom and down to the Damien's room. I walk in and see that the curtains are open and Richie's blanket and pillow are folded and on the chair. I walk down the stair and into the kitchen.
I walk into the kitchen to see Bruce and Alfred talking and drinking a cup of coffee. I look and see Damien and Richard playing in the garden.
"Hey" Bruce says. I walk over to him and put my arm around him.
"Mrs Wayne I have some medicine for Master Timothy for you it should help get rid of the sickness" he says.
"Thank you Alfred" I say taking it. Bruce smiles at me.
"How is he" he asks.
"He's still sleeping but I think he should be better" I say. Bruce nods.
"Good... also we need to start training again for when we go out at night" he says. I nod hesitantly.
"Um Yeah we can do that but for now I need to go and take care of Timmy" I say walking out of the kitchen.

"I see she isn't to happy on that idea" Alfred says.
"Yeah she isn't 100% happy about being back here yet" I say.
"Well Mr Wayne I think she will be fine in a while but just give her time" he says. I look at him funny.
"What is it Mr Wayne" he asks.
"It's just your calling me mr Wayne and I remember when you used to call dad that" I say.
"Oh I'm sorry" he says.
"No it's fine just call me Bruce and don't call Selina that either I don't think she likes the formal status" I say. He nods.
"Very well Bruce" he says. I smile.
"Can you watch the kids while I go and check of Timmy" I ask.
"Sure" he says. I get up off of the seat and walk out of the room.

I walk into our bedroom and see Selina giving Timmy some medicine.
"This should make you feel better ok" she says. Timmy nods.
"Thank you" he says. She smiles before hugging him. She opens her eyes and sees me.
"Ok I'm going to go and talk to daddy and then I'll be back. You go to sleep it helps make you feel better" she says. He nods. She kisses his head before walking past me. I follow her into the study.
"What did you want to talk about" she asks.
"We need to start training soon. We aren't exactly as fit as we once where. We aren't as young either. We can go out helping people but not being able to out run them" he says. I sigh.
"Why do we have to. I have the kids to think about" she says.
"I know but we can't just keep letting people die when we can do something" he says. She sighs.
"I know I just don't want one of us to die and the kids growing up without one of us" she says. Bruce walks over and puts a hand on her face.
"They won't because we will be careful" he says. She smiles and gives him a quick kiss.
"We start next week" she says. He smiles at her and hugs her.
