Amy's sights were trained on the Fiend's head. Blissfully unaware, the chem abusing Fiend was talking to one of his vile friends in their little makeshift camp.

Probably talking about when their next score will be or how many caps they got off of the last unfortunate soul they ravaged.

From her position in the ruins of outer Vegas, she counted at least five Fiends. Three around the campfire and the other two standing around, conversing with each other. Amy had a clear shot at all of them from the second story of the the bombed-out building she was perched in. The winds of the desert night glided over her bare arms, covering her in goosebumps, and she was conscious of her every breath. Amy felt serene, focused on what she needed to do. She raised her rifle and firmly positioned the stock against her shoulder. Amy was going to have fun tonight.

The first shot ripped through one of the standing Fiend's legs. All of them, with the exception of the wounded one who fell to the ground screaming, jumped up in shock and looked around for the shooter. The next shot blew threw another raider's head, blasting blood and brain upon the sand. The surviving Fiend's now knew where the shots were being fired from and charged Amy's position.

They were definitely Psycho users. Normal people would've shit themselves and ran away.

Before they could close the gap, Amy shot another one in the head and let the final two Fiends enter the ruin she was in. She left her rifle where she had been crouched.

The Fiends came up the concrete stairs, brandishing their mighty weapons; a pool cue and a splintered baseball bat. When they reached the top of the stairs to the second floor, all they saw was rubble and emptiness. Looking around some more, they found the rifle used to kill their friends. The Fiend with the pool cue picked up Amy's rifle.

"What the fuck?" asked the Fiend with the baseball bat, furiously looking around. "Where's this motherfucker at?!"

The Fiend holding Amy's rifle was breathing heavy and sweating profusely. "H-hey, we should go... Somethin's up, man..."

The furious Fiend smacked the other in the back of the head. "Fuckin' pussy, they fuckin' shot at us and you wanna leave?! Fuck nah, we ain't leavin' til we skin this sonuvabitch aliv-"

The foul-mouthed raider's words were cut short when Amy emerged from the shadows and dragged her combat knife across his throat, severing skin and muscle. She tossed his dying body to the side.

The final Fiend aimed the rifle at her head. "Y-you better b-back the fuck up, bitch."

Amy laughed in his face. "Oh God, your stuttering is worse than 10 of Spades!"

The Fiend had tightened his grip and pulled the trigger.

  Nothing.

Fear pierced through his body. He pulled the trigger again, hoping that something would fire out on the second, third, forth, fifth attempt. He only got clicks from the empty sniper rifle.

"What the fuck, man, what the fuck?!" He panicked and threw the rifle at Amy in a last ditch attempt to hurt her. She caught it and produced the rifle clip for her rifle.

"Yeah, you kinda need bullets to work a gun, sweetie. Are you so fuckin' dumb that you just didn't know that? Chems will do that to you." Amy pocketed the clip and advanced towards the scared Fiend, knife drawn. He took a step back and realized that he was on the edge of the building. One more step and he would fall.

Amy closed the gap and stabbed upwards into his chest multiple times, avoiding the ribs and destroying his inner organs. Blood spewed from his mouth with each thrust of the blade. His eyes closed for the last time, his filthy face contorted into a grimace.
