"You know you'd fuck me." Gavin smirked.

"What?" I asked completely in a daze."I said... you'd love to fuck me."

He inched closer and closer resting his hand on
my upper thigh. "Um, no. Don't flatter yourself big boy." I laughed, swatting his hand away.

"You got that right, he is big." he winked. "Ugh, you're such an ass."

Slowly leaning into my ear he whispered, "only to you." Smirking, he leaned back into the couch ruffling his gorgeous dark brown hair.

Cassie, snap out of it! Ugh.

You know you like it.

Shut Up! I do not.

"Um, I gotta go, we can finish the project in class tomorrow." I picked up my stuff and shoved them in my bag, speed walking to the door when his hand stopped me.

"What?" I asked confused.

"You're leaving me already?" he smirked.

"I need to get home."

"Why?" he asked, confusion clearly written all over his face. "I- uh, have a date tonight." I gave him a quick glance and saw his jaw clench slightly. "With who?" he asked sternly.

"My boyfriend?Holden." I turned to face him and saw a flash of something in his eyes I haven't seen before. Jealousy? It couldn't be.... Why would he be jealous? He doesn't like me, he makes it super clear at school.

"Oh, I didn't know you had a boyfriend." Moving his hand away to look at me he whispered, "yeah, you should go."

Now he wanted me to leave? What is his problem. But, did I honestly want to? No. Wait. Yes, of course. I love Holden. Don't I?

Looking up at him I nodded. "Bye." "Later." I heard him whisper, anger clearly in his voice.

I closed the door lightly behind me and started walking through the muddy grass, making my way to the sidewalk connecting our houses. And yes, we are neighbors, have been since 1st grade.

But now, loads have changed. Gavin Matthews is now the school player and I, Cassie Morgan is one of the cheerleaders. We both are from seperate 'cliques' in school. He hangs with the badasses and heartbreakers, where as I hang out with anyone and everyone. I'm not like those stuck up snobs people claim cheerleaders to be, I stay friends with everyone, even the asshole guys that Gavin ends up being. Except, we both have never gotten along. Like ever.

I walked up my steps and opened my front door into my living area. My house wasn't huge, but most people would argue that. It's a five bedroom, two bathroom, three story house that held my mom, two twin brothers; Ethan and Zack and I.

"Mom, I'm home!" I yelled, already smelling her cooking from where I was standing. I set my bag down and headed straight for the kitchen.

"Mom?" I called again. "Oh, hello honey." She smiled. Lightly kissing her cheek I asked, "How was work?"

"Same as always," she said smiling. My mom loved her job, she was a cook at one of the best restaurants in town. "Good," I smiled.

"Well, I'm gunna go up to my room, call me when dinner is ready." "Will do," she nodded. I headed up our white tiled stairs to the third floor where the only thing that was up there was my bedroom and bathroom. As I reached for the doorknob I heard glass break and giggling coming from the inside.

Following my instincts, I grabbed an umbrella from our hall closet and threw the door open. "WHOS--- ETHAN!"

"Hi Cas." he laughed,

"What are you doing in here?!" I asked as I scooped him up in my arms. "Where's Zack?"

Without saying anything, he pointed towards my closet door. I gently set him down and crept over to my closet. "I GOTCHA!" I yelled as I threw the door open.

"Aaah!" Zack yelled as I picked him up and tossed him on my bed. "Get out of here you little munchkins!" Both chuckling, they ran out the door dropping whatever they were carrying. I quickly closed my door and found the broken glass on the floor of my bathroom.

"Ugh, those boys." I got my dustpan out from under my sink and scooped it up to my trashcan on my balcony.

"Wooh, finally done." With a sigh of relief I went to my great hiding spot under my bed and grabbed my laptop and went to sit out on my balcony adoring the stars, and the slight breeze I was recieving.

Pulling open my glass door, I sat down on my purple striped beanbag chair and searched the web for who knows what.

"What the fuck is that?" I laughed staring at a picture on my screen.

"What are you laughing at?" I heard a voice say.
