I climbed out of my bed and went to my closet and snatched a burgundy tube top and dark skinny jeans. And I slipped on my gold sandals and carelessly threw my hair into a messy bun.
I walked downstairs to see Brody, sitting in my kitchen talking to my little brothers.
"Okay, now that I'm down here... who the hell let you in?" I asked, a stern expression forming on my face.
"Damn.." he paused, looking me up and down, his tongue gliding across his bottom lip.
"Shut up." I said, a small blush taking over my face. "Who let you in?" I demanded, my tone saying they better give me an answer.
Turning towards Ethan, I saw his little hand shoot into the air.
"Me!" he yelled.
"Ethan, haven't I told you not to let strangers in the house?!"
"Uhh, no." he sighed, looking down at the floor.
"That's what I thought, and sorry Brody, I have a ride so you can leave." I said, pushing him out the door.
"Who?" he smirked.
"Um." shit, Cass think of someone. anyone.
"My mom." I blurted out. My mom?! She's not even home!
"Yeah, okay." he replied sarcastically tugging me out the door.
"I'm not going with you." I said sternly, crossing my arms over my chest.
"Fine.." he paused. "I don't drive you." he smirked.
Yes! But wait.. why was he smirking?
"Okay, good." I smiled, walking down the road.
He caught my arm and said "If... you let me take you on a date."
Fuck. I am not going to go on a date with him.
"Fine." I grumbled, opening the car door and slamming it.
The ride was silent the whole way to school, and when he pulled into his parking spot I got out of the car as fast as I could, before someone saw us and speed walked to the door.
"So, I'll pick you up Saturday at 8?" I heard him yell as he got his bag from his car.
What did he just say.
"What?" I yelled, clenching my teeth.
He walked towards me and cupped my cheek into his hand, "I said... I'll pick you up Saturday at 8."
And before I could say another word he walked off into school and left me standing there with a huge frown etched on my face.
Hell no, I was not going on date with him..
"Cass?" I heard someone whisper. I shook my head and saw Gavin's hand waving in front of my face. Oh god. I was daydreaming.
"Uh, yeah?" I asked, a little dizzy from spacing out.
He laughed, "What are you so pissed off about?"
"Brody." I said, starting to clench my teeth.
Looking up at him I saw his jaw clench slightly, and he yelled "What did he do?"
Was he pissed off now? Why the hell..
"N-nothing." I stutered, looking at him. "He's just making me go on a date with him Saturday." I said, closing my eyes, hoping he would back off.
Smirking, he walked off bumping shoulders with mine.
Um. Am I missing something? Fucking bipolar.
Gavin's P.O.V.
I walked passed Cass, bumping my shoulder with hers and running to catch up with Brode.
"Brode!" I yelled, having him turns towards me.
"Sup, bro." he replied, bumping fists with mine.
"So, you are going on a date with Cass this weekend?" I asked, looking down at my hands.
"Yeah man, I totally got her wrapped around my finger." he smirked, licking his lips and looking behind me.
I turned and saw Cass, and holy shit I swear my jaw hit the ground... she looked fucking good.
Walking passed me she winked in my direction before glaring at Brody.
I quietly laughed to myself while he punched my arm.
"Shut the hell up man," he paused. "You know the rule. You hump 'em and dump 'em, you can have," he paused, gesturing towards Cass, and turning back to me, "That when I'm done with it." he smirked and walked away slinging his bag over his shoulder.
That ass. He isn't going to hurt Cassie. Not if I can help it.
