Wedding Plans

Tuesday, February 12th
It was time for Eye Sack and I to plan out big event. 

"Omg, what color??!?!" "What dress!??!" I was pacing back and forth, freaking out on the inside. "You need to calm down. I have all of my stuff ready." I rolled her eyes. "Of course you do, all you need is like five tuxedos. You're obviously going to pick the first one you see." "No, remember what I told you? I don't like the big collars and built-in ties. In our wedding, I'm wearing my lucky tie." 

I sick's lucky tie was his SpongeBob tie. I thought it was weird but cute. "Also, don't worry, you'll look pretty in anything you wear. You could wear sweatpants to our wedding and I'd still love you." "Wait, I can do that?" "Well, I'm not sure, but yeah. Stop stressing out about it and it will be fine." 

The rest of the day I went to call the florist, a boutique, and everywhere else I needed to get items so that my wedding would be the wedding of my dreams. Eye sack ordered everything online and I scolded him like this: "Omg honey, no!! What if the color comes out wrong or it is too tight or too loose!?!?" "Calm down." 

The most important thing to plan was the date. When would it be? Summer? Winter? I was also freaking out. "Cara, would you rather be hot somewhere or cold somewhere?" "Uhm, warm? I don't know, it needs to be perfect." Eye sack rolled his eyes. "Okay, let's plan it somewhere nice in the spring where it is at least 50-60 degrees (Fahrenheit) outside."  "Whatever. I'm gonna go lay down or something." I went into my bedroom and then cried for 1000 hours. Eye sack just sighed for ten years and ate a cold wiener (hot dog) in the kitchen. 

The next day
I finally found a place to look at wedding dresses with my friends, Carley, Kaley, and Audrey.

Carley has shiny strawberry blonde hair, hazel eyes, and is pale but usually pink from laughing so hard. Audrey has blonde hair, blue eyes, and she is also light-skinned.) 

The boutique was just downtown and it was called EastHills Boutique. Inside was a refurbished shop since the original owners of the last place (Cheesus Crust Pizzeria) shut down the shop. 

"Hello, welcome to EastHills Boutique! Have any special occasions we can help you plan for?" The slim, blonde-haired lady with the name tag Clarissa greeted me and my friends. "Uh, yes, I want to plan for my wedding and find dresses." "Great, we can cover dresses, floral arrangements, and catering." 

Audrey raised her light-skinned arm. "Yes?" "I thought this was just a boutique, not a restaurant that caters and sells flowers." "We have contracts and deals with other big companies, so we can kill multiple birds with multiple stones. Any other questions?"

No one said anything but just looked around at each other. "Alright. So what kind of dress were you looking for? Longsleeve, sleeveless, white, black..?" The lady named Clarissa asked. "Show me your popular dresses please," I requested. "Alright." 

The lady directed me and my friends to the dresses. We were taken to a spot with racks on the wooden floor resting upon the gray wall. "On your left side, you have the popular bride's dresses. On your right, you have the bridesmaid's popular dresses." Clarissa went out of their way so they could look. 

I ran a finger across my chin. I haven't even thought of a theme! "Omg, girls, I haven't even thought of a theme!" Kaley rolled her eyes, Carley sighed heavily, and Audrey facepalmed her forehead hard. "I guess a light floral theme.. or pastel colors.. like pink and purple.. eh, I don't know. What do you guys think?" "I guess some purple would be nice, isn't that your favorite color?" "Yes." 

My friends and I thought about the wedding for a while. I was still thinking about Eye Sack and what to get him for valentines day.  I also thought about what he was doing. I guessed he was most likely playing a game or sleeping. My friends and I left, deciding to wait while I found a theme, then we would find some dresses, a florist, and a caterer.
