-10 days later-

Rafael's POV

"What is this?" I ask looking around my surroundings. I was above the clouds. I'm here again.

"Did I die?"

"Yes" a voice say, I flinch.

"Can I go in now?" I ask looking at the golden gates.

"You're still not ready"

"But I did everything!" I whine.

"You need to realise that you have to appreciate all the people who came into your life. Especially that one who saved you. Rafael Jane Stallin, it is now time for you to wake up"

"What no! I don't understand-!"

I wake up panting and covered in sweat. I was in the hospital.

"You're awake" someone says beside me. I look at him, I don't recognise him at all.

He has brown long hair, a scruffy beard and a metal arm.

"Who are you?" I ask.

His face drops offendedly. He finds the words to speak but struggles.

"What do you mean?" He asks with teary eyes, "Raf, it's me... Bucky"

Doesn't ring a bell.

"You-you don't know...?" His voice cracks.

"I'm sorry" he stands up and leaves.

Bucky.....

"What was that about?" Another man and a pretty nurse comes in.

I instantly knew who the man was and smile, "hey dad"

"Hey sweetie, how are you? I'm glad you're awake and alive" he hugs me.

"Yeah, I'm not too sure what happened but I'm okay"

"Is it okay if I inject you with this? It's just antibiotics" the nurse requests. I nod.

"As I'm doing this, I just want to tell you all the impacts that you had received. You're currently suffering from amnesia so it's okay if you don't know who a lot of people are. We took a few blood tests but couldn't have any results. Do you know why's that or was it always like that?"

"This was never so" my dad answers for me.

The nurse nods and pulls out the needle, "do you remember anything at all?"

I shake my head, "I don't know anything. I'm not even sure why I'm here" I look around.

"Figured, tell me what you know. Just the basics would be fine"

I stare into the nurse's eyes, why does she look familiar?

"I know that I'm a S.H.I.E.L.D agent and I work with a man named Clint Barton. Um, I live on a farm with my dad and AJ, and we have a lot of animals" I stop to think.

"It's good that you know that stuff, just so you can live a normal life again" she smiles, "I'll ask the doctor if you're allowed home" she then leaves.

Dad held my hands then kisses one of them, "I will never let you go anymore. You've already suffered enough"

"Who got me those?" I point to the flowers.

He looks back, "Bucky did. Nice of him to do so, isn't it?"

I nod, "yeah.."

Why does it feel like he played an important role in my life?
