Sea of lies (blue exorcist fanfic)

How It All Started

**It's going to be Rin's point of view for this whole story but I may change it at the last chapter**

Another day at school. Another day in that room. Another day with them. My so called friends.

I plodded into class with my tail dragging across the floor. Usually I sat at the front but now everyone knows my secret I took my place at the back of the class. Where no one else was.

The bell rang and Yukio walked in. "Good morning class" "Morning Sensei  " everyone replied but me as I avoided eye contact with my younger sibling. He begin to talk about different types of demons and what plant can cure you if your hurt by them. Knowing all this already I began to fall asleep.

"N.. IN.. RIN!!" I bolted upright to be greeted by Yukio scowling and the rest of the class either staring or laughing. "If you want to interrupt my lessons again then feel free to get THE HELL out my class." We had a bit of a glare off until flames appeared behind me and my eyes turned to slits. I had 'lost' control. Yukio's face turned to horror as he screamed for everyone to get out. He grabbed his gun and held it up to me. I stared at him my anger boiling over. However, I couldn't hurt my twin brother... even if he wants to kill me.

I calmed down as my flames disappeared and eyes turned back to normal. Yukio's was still holding the gun. I started to walk towards him. I placed my head at the end of the gun. And said "shoot." His terror turned to confusion. "W-what?" "You heard me... shoot " "w-why?" "All you've ever wanted was me dead so go a head and kill me" I replied raising my voice.
The door opened slowly and there stood Miwa, Shima, Shiemi, Bon and Izumo. They had overheard the conversation and wanted to see for themselves what was happening.
"Yuki! What are you doing?!" Shiemi shouted. "I-i..it's Um." He stuttered. For once my brother had no idea what to say. I looked my brother in the eyes  and said one more time. "Shoot."
Horror fell on to the faces of my class mates. "Rin? Why? "Shima asked.
I looked at them. "You all treat me like trash and hope I die. Yukio treats me worse then you and actually tries to kill me. So I'm making this a reality. Shoot. Me."

"Rin .. No.. we.." my brother started.
"Do you seriously not think what you guys have been saying and doing haven't been affecting me?!" The whole class was in shock.
The gun fell to the floor with a loud clatter. Then Yukio's hand began to shake. He fell down to the floor and began to sniffle. "I-I'm s-sorry Rin." He gathered himself and stood up embracing me in a huge hug. I was about to hug him back when I felt a sharp pain enter my back. I turned my head to see a knife wedged in my back and Yukio's hand on the handle. "I'm sorry for not doing this earlier he finished with no emotion in his voice.

I coughed blood. He stepped back. In my final moments I saw Yukio looking at me smirking.

Then I fell and all was black.

Left it at a cliff-hanger 😁

I'll be updating whenever... but be prepared for more cliff-hangers and some intense scenes.

Also very sorry if I spell/spelt any names wrong.
