Sujeong sat at the edge of the bed, it's 8 in the morning and she doesn't know what to do.

She looks around the room, no matter how many times she'd stayed in this room, it feels so different. Its so spacious and she's not used to it.

The door opened and Taehyung entered the room, he's wearing a plain black shirt and khaki pants.

"Hey." He said in a low voice as he sat beside Sujeong and kissed her forehead.

Sujeong closed her eyes, savoring the moment of Taehyung's lips softly planted on her forehead.

"Did you sleep well?" He asked sweetly.

Sujeong pressed her lips together and nodded her head.

"I'm sorry if I asked you to come here last night. I just really don't know what to do when I saw grandma having seizures." Taehyung said, Sujeong looked into his eyes and saw how vulnerable her man is right now.

Sujeong pulled him into her slender arms, she started rubbing circles on his back.

"Hey, its okay. I know you need someone to lean on. And always remember, I'm just here beside you." Sujeong said.

Taehyung hugged Sujeong back and buried his face into the hallow of her neck, inhaling her natural scent.

"Thank you." Taehyung muttered.

"How's grandma?" Sujeong asks as she continues to rub circles onto Taehyung's back comforting him.

Taehyung sighed as he broke the hug.

"She's still the same. She's still unconscious. " Taehyung said his eyes full of pain.

Sujeong looked at Taehyung with sympathy, his having a very hard time right now.

His grandmother Mrs. Kim fell into coma, for a month now. For the past three months of Taehyung and Sujeong dating, Mrs. Kim guided the two of them and she seems so enthusiastic everytime, but a month ago she fell from the stairs and is now in coma.

Her previous sickness combined with the trauma her body had when she fallen down the stairs are now giving her body a very hard time.

And a week ago she started having seizures. Her doctors are closely monitoring her condition as it may worsen any minute.

Mrs Kim's body is not responding to the medications her doctors are giving her. But Taehyung doesn't want to lose hope, he wants to fight and do everything he can for his grandmother.

"Let's go to grandma?" Sujeong asked Taehyung and she saw hesitation in his eyes.

"It'll be fine. I'll be right by your side. Don't worry." Sujeong said assuring Taehyung as she caressed his cheeks.

Taehyung took a deep breath before taking Sujeong's hands into his and held it tight.

As a reply he nodded his head.

Sujeong gave him a small assuring smile.

They left the guest room hand in hand and went towards the room of Taehyung's grandmother.

When they entered the beeping sounds of machines welcomed their ears.

Taehyung felt his heart clench at the sight of his grandmother. Her body has loads of tubes connecting her small fragile body to the machines to support her. Her room that Taehyung once slept in whenever he was scared back as a child, looks like a hospital room now, with all the hospital apparatus and machines.

Taehyung felt Sujeong squeeze his hand. He looked at Sujeong and she gave her an assuring smile. Sujeong tugged Taehyung towards the bed, near his grandmother.
