Information: A schoolclass, including Andy and Jack, Rye, Brooklyn and Mikey are going on a trip to Paris. There is a lot more that happens than originally planned.

Warning: underage drinking (don't do it peeps)

Andy's POV:

With a sigh I pull my suitcase out of the trunk. My mother gets out of the drivers seat, and wraps her hands around me. Like all mothers do, she then tells me to listen to the teachers, and have fun.

'Alright, Alright!' I say, laughing, removing myself from her tight grasp. I pick up my suitcase, slinging my backpack over my shoulder, and roll it over the big school parking lot, towards the bus.

I honestly couldn't be any less excited to go to France. Yes, I know how spoiled that makes me sound, but I'd been there plenty of times already. We had some close family living in the city centre, so we went to see them at least twice a year. I had seen all the immensely overrated touristy attraction, and honestly, I wouldn't mind just focusing on the tests I had coming up in the next couple weeks.

I look back once more, waving at my mum, before I put my suitcase in the luggage area at the back of the bus. I enter the bus, searching around, looking for my mate Jack.

He is in the front, sunglasses on, leaning against the window, already half asleep. It is early in the morning, I'll give him that, but Jack will take absolutely every opportunity to sleep. Teachers are also very aware of this, might I add. They almost didn't let him come, so he could finish the work he had.. well.. missed out on, but somehow, he talked his way out of this one.

I lower myself onto the seat next to him, checking to see if he's actually asleep. He notices me looking at him.

'Oh, good morning And.' He says sleepily. I just smile at him, and put my headphones in.

After 10 minutes, the group is finally complete. We had to wait for some boys to arrive, they had overslept.

Sluggishly, they drag themselves onto the backseats of the bus, where their friend has already saved them some seats. I immediately recognise them.

Brooklyn Wyatt, Ryan Beaumont, Mikey Cobban.

School's top of the food chain.

Unlike the cheesy teen movies, these were actually hardworking and mature boys most of the time, but they still let themselves go a little too much for my taste.

I was an average student myself, motivated enough to pass the year, and get an occasional compliment from a teacher, but with Jack as my best friend, I sure wasn't a teacher favourite.

The bus began to move, bringing us closer to France with each bad karaoke song that infiltrated my ears through my headphones.

It would be a long 6 hour drive. We had a few breaks along the way, but I would mostly just stay in the bus, listening to music, while reading a book on musical theory, and looking out the window.

Jack has actually slept from the moment we left the parking lot, which I thought was fairly impressive, with the rows behind us still blasting music through the speakers. I rubbed my temples, trying to calm myself down.

It was bad enough that the school made this trip obligatory for minors, which included myself and Jack, as we were both seventeen, but did there have to be a bunch of grown ass adults in the back, ruining our experience even more? They had a choice, why didn't they just stay home?

I put my music a little bit louder, as I continue my book.
