Information: A schoolclass, including Andy and Jack, Rye, Brooklyn and Mikey are going on a trip to Paris. There is a lot more that happens than originally planned.
Andy's POV:
I wake up in a dark room, hearing only the sound of a heavily breathing Rye on the floor next to my bed. My head hurts, and for some reason, I am more tired than I usually am in the morning.
I check my phone, the bright light not really helping my headache, and as my eyes get used to the contrast, I see that Jack is online, and typing.
Jackieboi: andyandy wanna grab a cuppa tea downstairs??1?!
I smile at my screen.
Me: Yehman give me 5.
I fold back the blankets, and carefully tiptoe around the bed to get a hoodie and some sweatpants. I decide to just change in the room, as there is absolutely no way that Rye is waking up for another hour, seeing as it is only 8:05.
I step into my shoes, but before I go, open the window a little bit, so that Rye will have a little bit of fresh air as soon as he wakes up. I grab my keycard, and head downstairs.
In the breakfast area, Jack is already drinking a cup of tea, and as soon as I have my cup of tea, I scoot into the chair across from him. I can't help but notice the beaming smile on his face, which is extremely unusual for Jack at this time in the morning. Thinking about it, I don't think he has ever laughed before midday before.
'Go ahead then, what's up with you?' I ask him, curious about the answer.
He seems to doubt his word choice, but then hesitantly starts.
'Brook and I, we've...' He can't even finish his sentence before I gasp. As Jack was telling me this, he shifted slightly, and this revealed a big pink mark just above his collarbone. A love bite. I felt my face shift into a grin as Jack became significantly more red across from me.
He scratches his chin and adjusts his top, before he continues. 'I've never been committed to anything, And, so I need a little adjusting to my regular plans.' He chuckles.
I take a sip of my tea. The tea is hot.
'Jack, all you've got to do now, is keep going the way you are. You guys are great together, anyone can see that, and there's really no need to cut him off.'
As you can see, I'm definitely speaking from own experience here. I've only dated one girl in my life, that is all I can refer back to, and seeing as that lasted only a couple months, there is actually no way to tell if I'm the one who is supposed to be giving relationship advice. Right now, I'm just going off of television shows and common sense honestly, and let's just pray that will suffice.
I see Jack looking thoughtful, across from me.
Jack's POV:
Yeah, so the changing my personality part I was talking about yesterday? Turns out it actually takes a lot more time and effort than I expected it to. Every bone in my body is telling me to let him go right now, just off of experience and instinct, and it's honestly taking me all my willpower not to do exactly that. But then there is my heart telling me stuff aswell, and that makes a lot more sense.
The way the blonde boy had changed me in a matter of days was very unusual for me, and relationship wise, I was on unfamiliar territory from the moment I woke up after our night out. The feeling I had when I held his hand, and the unbelievable connection I felt with him last night.
