Jeremy and Michael sat in Jeremy's room, eyes completely glued to the TV screen. They focused on the game in front of them with an intense stare.
"Jeremy, watch out! The zombie is coming.."
Suddenly, Jeremy vanished into thin air, his controller plopping down on the beanbag.
"Toward you?" Michael finished. "Jeremy? Jeremy, where the hell did you go?!" He looked towards the TV, only to see GAME OVER in bold, red letters across the screen. "Aw, shit."
Before he could continue searching for his friend, Michael disappeared without a trace.

Meanwhile, Jake and Rich were out on their second date. They were spending it at Rich's favorite restaurant, which was Jake's idea of course.
After they ordered their food, Jake reached his hands across the table and intertwined them with Rich's.
"I honethtly can't believe that we thtarted out ath betht friendth, but now we're here on a date," Rich laughed.
"Yeah, about that.." Jake started.
"What?" Rich asked, feeling his heart drop. "Are thingth not going how you imagined?"
"What? No! I mean, yes, but it's better than I imagined! Richard Goranski, I was wondering, and call me crazy, but I would love for you to be my-"
He was suddenly cut off by the firm grasp on his hands disappearing. Jake looked up, only to see that Rich was no longer there.
Jake cocked an eyebrow, glancing around the restaurant and even looking under the table.
"Rich?" he asked quietly as to not draw attention to himself.
"Rich, I know you're short, but you're not invisible!" Jake laughed quietly to himself.
He was about to grab his phone out of his pocket to text him, but before he could move a muscle, poof.
Gone.

Engrossed in their phones, Chloe and Brooke relaxed in Chloe's master bedroom that she stole from her parents.
Brooke placed her phone in her pocket and grabbed a light pink nail polish off of Chloe's vanity.
"Is this toxic?"
"How should I know?" Chloe responded with a shrug. "I don't read labels."
She went back to looking at her phone, but was soon snapped out of her trance as she heard a thud. She looked around and saw a bottle of nail polish spilling onto her white carpet and no Brooke to be seen.
"Brooke, you little shit!" Chloe screamed, putting her phone in her pocket. "I swear, this carpet cost a thousand dollars!"
She went to go grab some carpet cleaner and paper towels, but just like Brooke, she simply vanished.

"Christine! Watch out for the- OW!" Jenna cried.
"Sorry!" Christine squeaked. "I didn't see the pothole. Are you okay?" Christine looked over at Jenna who nearly jumped out of her seat.
"Eyes on the road!"
"Sorry!"
Jenna sighed and checked the GPS on her phone. "Ok, Chrissy. You're gonna wanna take a left in one mile."
After a few moments, the GPS spoke. "Turn left." Yet, the car kept going straight.
"Christine! You were supposed-" Jenna screamed when she realized that Christine was no longer at the wheel and she was stopped in the middle of oncoming traffic. Jenna climbed over into the driver's seat and stepped on the gas before she, along with the car, disappeared into thin air.
