She woke up hours later not knowing where she was. Her hands were tied, though not very well, behind her back even though her feet were not. She quickly realized that it wasnt anyone from her group that got to her before she blacked out. She quickly scanned the room looking for the two girls, but they werent in the room with her. There were two ways out, a single window and door. She quickly tried to conjure up a plan of escape, but the only ones she could come up with would take all the time she could buy herslef, to execute it properly. As the door to the small room she was in opened she could here some kind of emotion going on somewhere closse to her. She couldnt quite make out what was being said but it sounded like a russian accent.

"What are russains doing in Baghdad?" she asked herself.

"Get up." A big burly rugged looking mad said as he walked into the room.

She just looked at him like he was dumb. Even with her hands tied she could still get up on her own, however at the moment she didnt feel like listening.

"You heard me. Get. Up!" he yelled.

"I cant. My hands are tied. makes it difficult to get up."

"Oh i'm sorry ma'am let me help you." he said as he was reaching for her feigning innocence and just as he started to put his hand out he pulled it back and punched her square on her right cheek.

She could feel her cheek throbbing but she choose to ignore that pain.

He grabbed her by her arms and roughly shoved her into a chair that was convienently located in the middle of the room.

"Now that, that is taken care of, a friend of mine needs to ask you some questions."

Another man who looked similar to the first one, although this one had a beard, walked in and eyed her up and down. Walking up to her and grabbing her face he said "I sincerely hope you answer truthfully because i would hate to have to ruin this pretty face of yours." She didnt say anything just kept her eyes forward. Just as he walked away she talked.

"In order to answer truthfully i have to what exactly it is you're talking about."

"You speak when spoken to, and only when i say you can." "I need to know what you know about Alonzo Lopez and Petrov Galinski."

"I know not which who you speak of."

He punched her in the gut and grabbed a fistfull of her hair, yanking her head back. "I know you know who im talking about! Now tell me what you know!" he yelled inches away from her face, roughly shoving her head backwards as he let her hair go.

She laughed "If i tell you what i know, it'll only be repetitive. What i know is what the news tells me. Dont you watch the news?"

Growing tired of her antics and her not answering he hit her several more times in the gut as well as back handing her across the face. "I will not ask you again. What does you government know about them?!"

"Alonzos cuban. Petrov is russain. They're both arrogant, not to mention rude and cocky. They think they'll never get caught selling and distributing illegal arms and drugs all around the world. Not to mention the raped woman they leave behind and the families they've killed because they refuse to be pawns in their games and bow to their every will."

"Enough, since you wont cooperate willingly maybe i'll just have to force it out of you one way or the other."

"Good luck. I'm not known to break."

"Trust me when i'm done with you, you'll wish you cooperated in the beginning when you had the chance." he said as he threw her to the ground.

*********

She sat up in bed panting and covered in sweat. She rubbed her temples and ran a hand through her hair. Glancing around at her clock on her bedside table she saw that it was just after 5:30 in the morning. Knowing she wouldnt be able to go back to sleep, she decided to go for a run. As she was leaving her gate she looked down the street on her left and right before she started a light jog. "There it is again!" she said to herself as the feeling of being watched came back. She hated that feeling especially when she wasnt able to figure out where it was coming from. She scanned her surroundings as she continued to to run. As she was aproaching her gate at the end of her four mile run she happened to noticed a blue four door chevy malibu parked at the end of her street. Though she had never seen that car on her street before she tried not to think to much about it. Brushing it off as a friend of someone down the street. There was a family that had a kid in college so maybe its a friend of theirs since they were home on break. Brushing it off she continued up her driveway and into her house.
