The Park

The next day, we walked through park, hand in hand. " Hey, this is nice, y'know?" I said, smiling softly. "Do you know what'd be more fun than this? Nothing. That's what." I said . Renamon looked at me, blushing softly. " I could think of a few things..." " L—like what?" I asked, scared of the answer. I blushed brightly, thinking about impure thoughts. " I know what you're thinking about, perv." She smirks, giving me a light shove, playfully. " I meant cuddles, video games, or stuff like that."

I was bright red at this point, no hiding my scarlet blush now. " I—I am not... I promise, Renamon!" I said. " I'm not against it, you know..." she said, another light shove against my shoulder. " That's it, c'mere! I know someone who needs some loving!" I said suddenly full of confidence.

" You're gonna have to catch me if you want to cuddle!!" She shouted running ahead into the woods. I ran after her, smiling as I ran. She stopped short of the creek , and I couldn't stop as I crashed into her. As we tumbled into the shallow water, I broke her fall . " Are you alright, babe?" She asked looking at me, worried she'd accidentally hurt me. " I—I'm fine, love." I said, looking deep into her pearl blue eyes. I suddenly rolled on top of her and pulled her into a kiss, hugging her close.

She went crimson red in a blush, but kissed back. I broke the kiss, smiling. She didn't say anything for a minute or two, and I was wondering if I had taken it too far. Finally she smirked, giving me a more passionate, loving kiss than I had ever had. " I love you, Renamon..." I finally said.

" I love you too." She said hugging me. We didn't care about the fact that we were both soaking wet from the river. We only cared about each other, and this moment.
