We got up after a while, hugging. " This river leads to a great little spot that has a little pond, wanna go swimming?" Renamon suggested. " We're both sopping wet, so might as well." I joked chuckling softly to myself. As we got to the pond, Renamon stopped and began to help me get my shirt off. I blushed, but let her, smiling. " No need to be nervous about this, I'm just helping you so you can swim. Besides, I don't bite...too hard." Renamon said laughing.
We slipped into the water and then I pulled a little water into my hands, splashing her in the back. She squealed in surprise, smiling. Oh boy, did I regret that later. I was leaned up against a rock, dozing off, when suddenly, a bucket or so of water fell on top of my head. Cold water at that! I instantly turned around and saw Renamon, she was smirking. I started yelling. " HEY! WH—" then I saw her smile, and knew what was coming. " Wait, don't ju—" as soon as I said that, she jumped into my arms , kissing me passionately. I blushed brightly, kissing back. After that, we headed back to her house and laid down, it was getting dark. As she nuzzled closer she looked into my eyes. " Good night, Codie... I love you."
" I love you too, Renamon" I said , closing my eyes as I snuggled in close.
