You were just a trainee whose bad attitude landed you in the doghouse. Hux was just a general, always focused on work, who'd have never thought he'd fall in love. Yet, somehow you managed to pierce Hux's heart with your love and he managed to return the favor.

You and Poe are both pilots, that's a given, but you two also hold something else close to your heart. Each other. Like a paper airplane, the two of you are able to fly far, but can only do so with a little help, which you get from each other when you need a boost in the right direction.

It's obvious from the moment people see you two together that you two have very different personalities, yet the two of you somehow manage to piece together perfectly. Your personality tends to differ from your environments, thus the color bleeding in your tattoo: your personality is a part of your environment, for instance, you may be loud and opinionated in some places, but quiet and shy in others. Rey on the other hand tends to stick to herself wherever she goes, showing off her personality equally in every place. For some people, this huge difference in your guys' character would be an obvious sign that things wouldn't work out, but the two of you know that this is what makes your relationship work out and continue to grow.

It's no secret that you and Finn are total geeks. The both of you freak out over TV shows, movies, bands, etc. So it was also no secret when the two of you flipped your lids when Rey let the two of you hold her lightsaber and turn it on. But of course, you couldn't keep it, so you and Finn decided to get a tattoo on each of your fingers, to show that you were both total dorks and madly in love with this side of each other.
