Chapter 14- Plans

Taehee's POV

"Hey, Taehee! Come in," Sunwoo said as he opened the door. It was a Saturday so I decided to chill at his and Yuqi's place. They had a friend over as well, another spirit.

"Hi beautiful," The boy said. He was very, very handsome. "I'm Jihoon."

"Hey," I shyly said and sat on the couch.

"Jihoon is starting school in our school from Monday," Yuqi said as she handed me a smoothie. I thanked her.

"Yeah, maybe I can scare some dhampirs again," Jihoon said.

"How?" I asked, interested. "Can't they sense your presence?"

"Nope, they aren't that strong," He said. "It's fun to walk into them, they get so scared."

My eyes widened. "You can walk into people?!"

"Yuqi and Sunwoo haven't done that to you yet?" He asked in disbelief and then looked at the siblings.

"We don't want to scare off our own best friend," Sunwoo said with a shrug.

"Well, that's understandable," He said.

"That's so cool though," I said.

"Oh believe me, it really is," Jihoon said with a chuckle.

We all talked about many things, Jihoon was very easy to get along with. We were telling him about Nayeon and the vampires and basically everything.

"Guys," Yuqi said, "I just got a brilliant idea."

"What is it?" Sunwoo said.

"Well, I think it's pretty obvious that Yuta loves Taehee but there's something holding him back," She said. "Cause that day when we were fighting, Taeyong didn't say anything like he usually does, so that means that there's definitely a reason why they were all acting like that."

I pondered about it for a minute. She was right, it did make a lot of sense.

"So what's your point, basically?" Sunwoo asked.

"My point is that we get Yuta to spill the beans himself," Yuqi said.

"How?" I asked.

"Pretend to date Jihoon," She said calmly. My eyes widened and I looked at Jihoon who also looked so calm.

"What?! I can't do—"

"I'm gay," Jihoon said and shrugged. "So it's completely fine."

"Oh," I mumbled. "Are you sure it's okay though?"

"One hundred percent sure!" He said cheerfully.

"Okay, so here's what we're all gonna do," Yuqi said as she began telling us the plan.

It was finally Monday. This was probably the first Monday in my entire life that I was excited about. Jihoon is joining my school and we're gonna put our plans to action today.

I decided to straighten my hair and tie it in a high pony and applied my cherry lip gloss. After I was done getting ready, I ran downstairs. I grabbed a granola bar before walking off to school.

"Class, we have a new student today," My math teacher said. "Please introduce yourself."

"Annyeonghaseyo, jeoneun Jihoon imnida," Jihoon said and glanced at me with a smirk. "Please take care of me."

"Jihoon you can sit next to Taehee," She said. Perfect! Our plan was working. Yuqi decided to bunk class so that our teacher would make Jihoon sit next to me.
Yuta was seating right beside me on the next row.

Jihoon smiled as he made his way over to his seat. We decided to listen to the lecture for a while before we properly carried out our plan.

"You look so beautiful today, my baby," Jihoon whispered to me. Only the vampires in this room could hear us and that was Jaehyun, Taeyong, Johnny and Yuta.

I giggled softly, "Thanks love."

Jihoon put his hand on my bare thigh. We knew that Yuta could see all this.

"Baby, get those hands higher up, please," I whispered.

"As you wish my—"

"Taehee? Come do this sum on the board," My math teacher said, interrupting Jihoon. Damn it.

I got up slowly and took the chalk from her. In six quick steps, I finished the sum. She looked impressed.

"Very good, you can go back to your seat."

As I made my way back to my seat, I could see Yuta's fists clenched tightly. I smirked.
