Q: What does that mean?
A: A person can be part of a public when he/she is supporting his/ her favorite contestant/ friend.
How can you support them? Simple! Here are the rules you'll have to follow!
For the people who want to be part of the public:
🌟THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL PRIZE FOR THE PUBLIC WHO HELPED RATING THE CONTESTANT'S WORK!
>>>If you like to help and support your friend/ a user:
●write your name down in a comment on this chapter
● tag at least 5 people who might be interested in this
● rate your friends' (minimum 3 people) works by giving stars! Leave a comment on your buddy's contest page, writing the symbols of how many stars you consider his work really deserves(🌟)
You can rate(comment):
>>> only once per round/contestant
>>>every round( a totally of 3 rounds)
>>>on more than one contestant/round(minimum 3)
What you can rate:
ROUND 1
>>>a movie review.
ROUND 2
>>> a Promo/description of a book
ROUND 3
>>>a critique made by a contestant to another participant's review.
Example: @username: 🌟🌟🌟(3)
You can give from 1 to 5 stars.

●MUST DO (once again): send your friend a message VIA PM, telling him the number of stars given and the round in which you've been rating, to be sure that nothing wrong's going to happen (like deleted comments).

Q: WHY SHOULD I PM THE USER MY RATINGS ON THEIR WORK?
A: To make sure nobody is cheating by deleting a comment. That's why you have to PM your friend with the number of stars you've given and the round.
After each round the contestant is requested to send rock_dreamer via PM: the voting proof ( a screenshot of your message box showing the messages received from the people who voted.
I must say this is optional but it's safer this way! You are not forced to send this picture, but once again, we're not going to take responsability in case any comments or messages get deleted.
