Dung bombs and purple smoke

When Scorpius and my dad came back they were laughing at something. After they parted ways, i asked Scorpius if he was just acting because my da threatened him or something. He said no. He also said he told my dad that he loved me. What shocked me the most is how my dad just accepted it and how they were stroll on good terms. I hoped it would stay that way even after my dad finds out were dating.

Time jump~~ it's the day before Christmas Eve

It was almost Christmas Eve. I love this time of year. It was snowing outside and grandma molly was cooking in the kitchen. Me, Scorpius, al, Alice, James, Fred II, Lily II, and the Lorcan twins were outside playing the snow.

"Alright, you know the basic rules, no cheating, no magic, we're doing this.. the Muggle way. Gather into your teams, Lorcan twins your with me, Scorpius, Fred and Al your a team, Girls your all together. Who ever gets both teams flags wins." James said.

"Ready, set, go!" James exclaimed. We all scurried off and started throwing snow at each other. My team created a triangle like form. Alice and Lily, both ran off in 2 different directions. I stayed near our flag but remained hidden. Anyone who tried to come near our flag would get hit with multiple snow balls. 

Everything was going well for our team. James had caught Al's teams flag. He was trying to get our flag but with Alice and Lily guarding me and me guarding the flag it was impossible.  Scorpius and Al came up from behind me.

"What are you guys doing? How did you even see me?" I asked turning towards them. They just shrugged. I turned back to the flag. Scorpius came closer to me and hugged me from behind me.

"Scorpius..what're you doing?"

"Nothing." He replied. I raised my eyebrows at him.

"What, can't I give my girlfriend a hug?" 

"You're trying to distract me aren't you? How much is James paying you?"

" 2 galleons each."

"Seriously." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Sorry Rose." Al said.

"For what exactly?" 

"This." Al grabbed me and pulled me from sight. Al signaled James and James came running. He grabbed our flag and brought it back to his teams flag. They won. Al let go of me and ran along with Scorpius. Hmm both of them have girlfriends, I wonder what happens when said girlfriends are angry with them. I guess we'll see.

Alice and Lily ran up to me.

"Ugh little insolent arses." Alice exclaimed.

"I know right."

"Especially our boyfriends who helped James, hmmm I wonder what we could do as revenge."

"How about dung bombs?" Lily suggested.

"Hmmmm that would be a smelly disaster." Alice said with a smirk.

"Lets get started then." We walked off letting the boys celebrate their victory for it would be short lived.

We got to work planting the dung bombs in the room. The bombs would turn a bright vibrate blue when activated. We planted 3 dung bombs in Al's room. We left the room without being noticed. We didn't notice uncle harry standing outside the room.

"So what're you guys doing in Al's room?" He said raising an eyebrow.

Uh..well..planting dung bombs in Al's room."

"We have a very valid reason. He and Scorpius distracted Rose while we having our snow ball fight and James got to take our flag cuz he paid Al and Scorpius money to help him." Lily said in a very rushed voice.

I half expected uncle Harry to tell us to take the dung bombs out. But instead he just laughed.

"Well then, you guys better rush out before Scorpius and Al come back." We smiled at him the rushed back to our room. We waited awhile until we heard Al and Scorpius go into their room. We planted a dung bomb on the door so when the opened the door it would immediately go off. We heard them go off.

We peered out of our room and watched as Scorpius and Al came out coughing. We heard the other two bombs go off. Their room now had vibrant blue smoke coming out.

Uncle harry had started laughing with us. He had been waiting for the dung bombs to go off as well. We laughed until we couldn't even breathe. When we calmed down we went up to them. 

"You guys shouldn't mess with girls." Uncle harry laughed again and then walked away.

"He's right. You guys should probably go take a shower, you smell a little funny." I smirked. We blew them a kiss then walked away.

4 Hours later~~

Albus and Scorpius had to take 3 showers to get rid of the stench. As for their room, mum had to use magic to get rid of the smell. Uncle Harry hadn't told them that we did it so we didn't get in trouble. 

I decided to go read a book near the window. I was so engrossed in my book that I didn't notice anything peculiar about outside. Alice came up to me and looked out the window. 

"Rose... that house wasn't there before." I looked up from my book and looked outside. I saw a house near ours  sprouting purple smoke. 

"Im gonna ask Grandma Molly." I went into the kitchen and found Grandma molly starting to set the table.

"Hey grandma molly, did anyone move near us."

"No of course not dear." 

"There a house near us spouting purple smoke."

"What?!?! I'll go get the trio." Hmmm while our parents are investigating, I know that they wont tell us what its about. I'm going to get Al, Alice, Scorpius, and James. We're also going to investigate. Im curious...
