As soon as they stepped outside, Jungkook let go of Jimin's hand, causing the latter to frown deeply. Jimin just wanted to reach out and hold it again, but he didn't and just settled for walking side by side with their shoulders touching. 

"Do you think my father will find me?" Jimin asked out of the blue. Jungkook glanced at Jimin slightly before taking his hand in his own, making Jimin smile.

"Of course not, and even if he does, I won't back down without a fight because I'm that cool in action," Jimin giggled. 

"Are you cold?" Jungkook asked, eyeing Jimin's freezing form from the corner of his eye.

"no"

Jungkook rolled his eyes and yanked Jimin's arm, bringing him in front of him.

"You don't have to do that jungkook, I'm a man...I can take a little cold, " Jimin said, stomping his feet, but despite his words, he still let Jungkook slip his jacket on him. 

"I know, but I want to do it," Jungkook said, zipping up the jacket. 

"But why would you want to do it anyway? Sometimes you don't make any sense. " Jimin urged looking up into Jungkook's eyes as Jungkook starred down at him. 

"Isn't it obvious?" Jungkook whispered. 

"I lo-" Jungkook was interrupted by a stabbing pain shooting through his arm.

"Oh my God, Jungkook!! What just happened? "Jimin panicked, trying to stop the blood from flowing as Jungkook was frantically looking around for a way out, and when he finally saw an alley, he roughly pulled Jimin along with him by his arm into the alley.

When gunshots started firing, they got to the alley. Jungkook pushed Jimin up against the wall, covering Jimin's mouth with his hand as he suppressed the pain shooting through his arm.

"J-Jimin listen to me. I'm going to need you to trust me on this. Do you hear me? Jungkook whispered, and Jimin profusely nodded his head against Jungkook's hand.

"g-good, now who ever threw this kenai at my arm is still out there and probably more " jungkook stopped talking when he heard them coming in closer and by the looks of it they were coming on one end of the tunnel.

"So when I tell you to run," he breathed,

"I'm going to need you to run as fast as you can and never look back. Just get to the apartment and stay there. I'll come back. I promise " Jimin's eyes widened, ripping Jungkook's hand away.

"Are you out of your god damn mind?! I'm not doing that to you. I'll fight with you. " Jimin whispered/shouted, rolling up his sleeves when Jungkook caught his wrists, bringing him closer.

"Jimin, listen to me, and listen well," he said, staring deep into Jimin's soul. "You're the most important person to me right now, and I don't want to see you get hurt. I can't... let the one that I love get hurt, and I wouldn't know how to live with myself if I did. Do you hear me? " Jungkook admitted, and all Jimin could do was stare into doe orbs as a tear slipped down his own face. The sincerity in Jungkook's tone was hard to miss, and Jimin couldn't find it in him not to listen 

"I need you to promise me you'll run, Jimin." Jungkook urged 

"I... I will"

"Thank God," Jungkook said, relieved.

"Jungkook-"

"shhh, theri here ... Jimin... run," he said, and he did.

Just as Jimin started to run, the goons jumped out of their spots and immediately started to attack.
