Things are finally starting to get interesting, Khaos watched as a pair of stars collided, sending pulses of cosmic light out into space. The burning light would blind a mortal but Khaos was no such thing. She was beyond even immortal.
The Galactic War was fun but afterwards there wasn’t much to do bar continue to create. Now that the mercenary had the sword she knew that things would pick up, especially with the cyborg in tow. He would make things very interesting indeed. His revelations to the group would force them to take action now that they knew part of the truth.
Still, it worried her that she couldn’t touch the Sword of Stars. Something must have happened after she killed Rilik. She shouldn’t have left the sword embedded in him. Silly mistake. No matter, I’ll just have to get close to the sword to figure out its mystery and that should be easy enough. She ruminated on it with a finger to her lips. Perhaps it would be alright to let events unfold with minimal involvement.
Suddenly the emptiness around Khaos vibrated and the light from the stars began radiating out further into space.
She would have to deal with the sword eventually. What was the worst that could happen? This mercenary, Garek Drussden, would never be able to touch her, even in possession of the blade. The cyborg, Jon, however, may cause complications. She couldn’t let it bother her. Even Gods made mistakes. She was beyond mere Godhood. Is it really wise to let the Cyborg tell the mercenary everything? No matter.
It was time to find her children and pull them onto the battle on Tearith. That world will burn and the Greater Evil will be freed to destroy in the name of Khaos.
Khaos waved her hand and a doorway of black fire appeared, crackling with silent rage.
Garek would know true suffering after this is done. I almost feel bad for the man. Khaos laughed a silent laugh in the emptiness of space. She turned and walked on nothing, her hair billowing behind her as if submerged under water. The black fire consumed her and the doorway closed leaving the stars alone in their on-going battle.

“Come on, men, heave!” Emperor Adaler bellowed. Emperor, oh how he loved the sound of that.
He could’ve used his power to obliterate the massive obelisk but a being such as himself didn’t use such divine gifts for manual labour. That’s what he had slaves for. Emperor Adaler knew that the seal was beneath the monolith and when it was found he would then use his awesome power to destroy it.
He had felt its power radiating from the planet itself. He could feel it calling, feel the Greater Evil beckoning, begging to be released from his torment. I will free you my Lord… Adaler swore.
A piercing scream made his spin in panic. A doorway of black flame had opened right where a slave was standing, ready to attend to her emperor. Her now charred corpse lay on the ground, bloody and smouldering.
Khaos stepped delicately out from the black fire. It licked at her skin lustily but didn’t dare burn her, not when she was its mother.
The emperor’s guard closed in and lowered their polearms at the mystical intruder.
“Halt!” Adaler snapped with arms out stretched. He stood and adjusted the lavish cloak around his shoulders. “Mother.” Adaler greeted through clenched teeth.
“Is that the proper way to speak to your mother, Maihym?” Khaos spoke tauntingly. “Or have you changed your name once again?” the guard around her only lowered their weapons slightly, still unsure what to make of the woman.
