Yoongi's POV

It's been a couple days since Jimin and I's engagement and everyone was super excited for us. Sadly though, the trip was coming to an end very quickly; we have gained a good amount of members from our trip and luckily we still have another week to find more because when we get back home, we have a lot of work and training ahead of us.

"Yoongi, are you in here?", Jimin called out from the bedroom door.

"Yeah babe, I'm in the office.", I replied. When I say office, I really mean the connected bedroom but I've transformed it into an office for now. Jimin came through the door and sighed, shaking his head.

"How many times have I told you to take a break, you've been going through the new members papers for the last 6 hours. Everyone else went out so it's just us.", I nodded, leaning back into the bedframe.

"I know, I've just been getting everything situated so we don't have to worry about it when we get home.", I explained, tugging on my hair.

Jimin walked over and grabbed my hands, "Hey, hey, why are you pulling your hair, you only do that when you're stressed. What's wrong?", he asked, holding my hands in his.

"A friend of mine back home called and told me about some missing locals. He said there were around 5 girls and 9 guys that have gone missing in the last week.", Jimin's eyes widened.

"Only a week, that's a huge amount of people in just a week to go missing. Are the cops doing anything?", Jimin asked.

I shook my head no, "They aren't doing anything because they are delinquents and they just believe it's one of their usual episodes."

"Well what makes your friend think it's not?", Jimin asked.

"Dean knew almost all of the kids personally because when they ran, they always came to him for food, clothes, or money. He was kind of like a father of sorts to them. They all had pretty rough pasts, some of them are in abusive homes and some of them were in the system so him and his wife, Ailee, do what they can to help.", I explained.

"What did you tell him we were gonna do?", Jimin asked.

"I told him I was gonna look into it more while we were here and when we got back we were gonna try to find these kids. They deserve to have people worrying about them and we are gonna find them and bring them home. I also want to talk to Taeyong and see if that trafficking ring may have anything to do with this.", I thought.

"That's a good idea.", Jimin said, "I will help you finish these papers but first I want you to come downstairs and eat."

"Jimin..", I started, I looked up but immediately regretted it when I saw the glare he was giving me. "You know what, food sounds great."

Jimin smirked and grabbed my hand, pulling me behind him out the door.

~Time Skippp~

After we ate the very belated meal, we went back upstairs and worked on the rest of the papers before everyone got back to the hotel, because Jimin and I decided we should go ahead and explain the situation to them before we got back home instead of springing it on them.

"Where are we putting the finished stacks babe?", Jimin asked, holding up Jae's groups papers.

"Just stick them in one of the folders and label it with the previous group leader's name.", I said, writing things down on Ravi's paper. He nodded and did what I told him then set it at the ends of our feet; we continued on until all the papers were finished. I stood and grabbed the stack of papers and laid them neatly into my suitcase. Just as I zipped up my suitcase, I heard loud chatter downstairs.

"Looks like everyone's back. You want to go ahead and talk to them?", Jimin asked, rubbing his hands up my arms and to my shoulders, slightly massaging them. I sighed and nodded my head, "Yeah, we might as well."

We walked downstairs to the lobby and found everyone hanging out. Jimin walked over to the front desk were the night manager was and asked if he could take a break so we could discuss some business, him agreeing almost immediately and leaving. Jimin hopped up onto the counter and sat down, I walked over and leaned against him.

"Okay everyone, there is some business we need to discuss so pay attention.", I called out, everyone quieting down almost immediately. I waited for everyone to get situated and direct their attention to me.

"As most of you know, Taeyong came to me a couple months ago about an issue that had surfaced while he was away in America. There was talk of forming a human trafficking ring and black markets here in Korea. The construction was said to start in July but we didn't know when they were going to start taking people to put into the rings and markets.", I paused as I let the newer members process before continuing.

"I received news from a friend of mine back home about the recent disappearances of some local men and women. In total, there are about 14 missings and no one is doing anything to find them. Taeyong, do you think that the missings are related to the rings?", I asked, everyone turning towards him.

"Are they lower class or delinquent?", he asked, I nodded in response, "Then yes, they didn't want to focus on the people that wouldn't be easily missed."

I nodded, feeling Jimin rub my shoulders to keep me calm, "Then as soon as we get home we will start training. If any of you know anyone that would be willing to join us, now is the time to call them. Amber, I know your boyfriend is part of a gang, we could really use their help if they are willing to join. We are the only people willing to help these missings, we have to put everything we have into getting them home. Are you all in?"

Everyone immediately yelled in agreement and several people started making phone calls. I turned around and lifted Jimin off the counter and lead us back upstairs. We made our way into our room, shutting the door behind us, and made our way to the bed. I sat and ran my fingers through my hair before turning towards Jimin.

"Jimin, I want to completely understand something. There is no telling how any of this may end and if I don't feel comfortable sending you out to the field, I want you to stay with the others that will be doing technical. After what happened to you a year ago, I don't want that happening again. Do you understand?", I asked.

Jimin nodded, grabbing my hands, "I understand, but I also want you to know that if I know it won't be too dangerous I am going to fight by your side. This is my family too and I can't just let everyone go out and risk their lives while I sit inside with my hands tied.", Jimin finished, locking eyes with me to show he means business.

"I understand baby.", I said. Jimin nodded as I pulled him into my chest, holding him firmly against me. "We are going to do everything we can to save them."

Moments later Jimin fell asleep, me following him soon after.
