chapter five: The battle of gwai

MOOSES POV:

.........BEEP....BEEP.....BEEP......BEEEEEEEEP.......

Stupid alarm why cant i sleep in for a little longer, i cant even sleep in anymore darn it. Today is gonna be tricky because its our second battle and i've got this super important test and hopefully i can fit into both! So i got dressed and headed over to the campus, picked up a bacon and egg roll and went to my class. This test goes towards most of my grade and if anyone or something stuffs this up im going to get in so much trouble from my parents! Before i get into class Camille runs up to me.

"hey bestie do you want to do something later or are you super busy like yesterday?"

"umm sort of but maybe i can take you to dinner or something with kirsten and the other girl too"

"oh i was thinking maybe just us two so we can catch up on what's been happening"

"oh yeah, whatever you want camille im more than happy to commit"

"great i'll meet you here around 7:00pm?"

"Deal! and maybe wear something a little fancy too aha, crap i have to go start my test but see you later!"

"sorry! and goodluck, dont let any distractions get in the way"

So i quickly sprint off to my class and everyone is already seated.

"Mr Alexander your late"

"Sorry sir i slept in"

"Make sure it dosent happen again"

So i go sit down and start my test, i really hope i can make it to the comp but right now i need to focus.

EMMA'S POV:

Crap i slept in! so i get up, get dressed and warm up for our second comp and today were doing the battle of gwai. Apparently they are really good so hopefully our dance routines will kick there asses! Suddenly my phone rang and it was Luke.

"Hey"

"Hey, Emma Moose is in a test at the moment but if he doesn't get here anytime soon we will loose"

"Don't worry i have a plan"

"Okay see you there"

How am i going to get Moose out of his test, i mean its most of his grade. Will he get mad? This comp is also important but ugh i'll think of something. So i get on my bike and pedal as fast as i can to the campus. I don't exactly know where he's doing his test so i find this girl who looks around our age.

"Excuse me"

"Yes?"

"Do you know a young man called moose by any chance?"

"Yeah he's my bestfriend, why?"

"Its an emergency, i really need him to come with me"

"But he's got his test!"

"I know, but this is really important, promise he will explain later"

"Okay, he's just down the hall to your right"

"Thank you so much!"

So i try and run as fast as i can but stub my toe while turning the corner. Man that hurt like a bish! I finally found the right room and walk in.

"Excuse me but you cant just walk into a class when there doing a test!"

"But sir this is an emergency! Moose's sister is in labour and has gone unconscious, he needs to come quick!"
