~Oslo, Tokyo and Reykjavik P.O.V{Before the lights go off}~

Tokyo was on her desk with her laptop and was designing a new invention on a paper.

As they perdit a 89% the electric will go out. Meteorologist aren't sure yet how long it will snow." Said the news reporters.

"Should we start a fire but where? " Asked Tokyo

"Their one in the Library! " Said Reykjavik

"I'll get some wood from Stockholm room you two head over there" Said Oslo

~Time Skip~

"There all done! " Said Reykjavik

"Here some flashlights" Said Tokyo handing them a flashlight

The power goes out and they hear yelling from down stairs.

"Reykjavik can you bring in everyone here, so they don't freeze to death" Asked Oslo

"Ok I'll be back Miss Tokyo and big sister" Said Reykjavik turning on the flashlight and walking out.

"Ottawa sit between me and Paris! " Yelled D.C

Beijing tells them a story, Helsinki give out some cookies. Madrid, Paris and Stockholm gave out blankets and pillows. Venice gave Seborga some of her pasta as Rome gave Madrid some tomatoes.
