30 minutes before the meeting ends, all the capitals decided to go back.
Hell broke out

England and France arguing with Dublin glaring at time.

London and Paris drinking tea and chatting
Tokyo, Japan, Hungary talking about ships and Anime with Beijing near by listening having Pyongyang hiding behind her.
Switzerland glaring at Vienna who was talking to Liechtenstein.
Lisbon, Amsterdam talking to Madrid who was smiling nodding her. Feeling Portugal's glaring.
Romano, Spain, Mexico City and Havana teasing Rome who was blush bright red, with Mexico smacking them to be quite but will giggle when Rome starts roasting the shit out of the 4 idiots. While talking to Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, Brussel and Belgium.
Stockholm, Helsinki, Finland and Sweden just sitting talking (Finland).
Iceland wanting to die
Turkey arguing with Athens and Greece arguing (pretty much the greeks ignoring him).
Ankara having a small chat with Nicosia and Cyprus.
Berlin do e with everything and fell asleep
