All the capitals walked out talking to one another.

France smile happy that Canada was being notice "Paris how was the meeting? It when well Oui?" Asked France "Oui it when um alright just a bit of arguing here and there other than that it went well" Said Paris hugging Canada. "Hey guys" Said Ottawa walking over "Bonjour Ottawa come give me a hug" Said France opening his arms, a happy looking background appears behind him "yeah no sorry" Said Ottawa turning away from him. The onces happy background turns into gloomy one.

"Sofia can you tell Romania and Bulgaria that I'll be back I need to go change Chisinau diapper" Asked Bucharest holding Chisinau who has her pacifier in her mouth and playing with her teddy bear that Bucharest gave her. "Of course! Just don't take to long the meeting will start soon!" Said Sofia walking off to find Romania and Bulgaria. "Now let's get you clean up" Said Bucharest as she poke Chisinau nose making the little girl giggle.

Norway looked around "Hey Norge what are looking for!?"

Finland turns to Sweden who just shrugs

Norway than saw Reykjavik walking by eating some licorice. Norway grab Reykjavik by the arm pulling her towards him. Making the young Icelander girl squeak dropping her licorices "What the? - Big brother Norway?Look what you made me do" Pouting cutely

Reykjavik turns around to see the other Nordic countries staring at her making her feel shy with the sudden attention. She hid behind Norway holding on the end of his shirt, poking her head out. "This is Reykjavik my little sister" Said Norway pating her head. Reykjavik steps aside "H-Hallo my name is Ivy Steilsson representer of Reykjavik" Giving a quick bow before hiding behind Norway again.
"Awww how cute and with such good manners too well nice to meet you Reykjavik my name is Finland and this is Sweden"
