It's been 3 months since I've seen my family. I was alone out here, missing my sisters the most along with my forever dead friend, Elena. I've taught myself how to fight and survive. Only being 13 in the world, I had one of my favorite weapons that works like a necklace. I didn't even know if my family was alive or not.

Anyway, I met a man named Daryl while he was hunting but that was a day ago before we found a dear. Before Daryl could shoot a bolt, it ran off.

"C'mon, Thea." he called so I followed.

15 minutes later I heard voices from a far but also an infected. I did forget to mention that while I was by myself, I was kidnapped in a facility called the HIVE. They experimented on me. Everything was heightened, physically and mentally.

I became...powerful. I haven't told anyone I've come across because of a lot of trust issues.

Of course when we finally got to it, one of the infected got to it but there were other living people. They were trying to kill it but I guess they didn't know how because they kept missing the brain.

Without hesitation, I grabbed my two shotguns that were slinged onto my back and walked out.

"Who the hell are you?" I asked my voice stone cold. Before they could answer, Daryl stepped out putting a hand on one of the shotguns.

"Easy, this is some of my group. That's our dear." he said and I just rolled my eyes, slipping my guns back in their holsters.

"So who's this Daryl?" one of the men said and I turned to face them. "Cynthia Greene and you are?" I sassed tilting my head to the side.

"I'm Dale, this is Rick, Shane, Andrea and Amy." the older man said offering a small smile but I just brushed it off, following the two blondes.

I stayed close to the sisters as we walked to what seemed like a camp." So, who're these people anyway?" I asked Andrea since she was closer to me.

"This is the rest of our group. C'mon let's say hi." the taller blonde said and I was hesitant at first but nodded anyways.

We walked up to a woman and I guess her son first and so on.

Later on Daryl, Rick, T-Dog and Glenn went to go find Merel which whom I haven't met yet. Amy invited me to help with laundry and also talk.

It felt like I could actually relax for once, besides Carol's husband,Ed. I had a bad feeling about him. I was brought back to reality when someone nudged my shoulder.

Turning my head I met the sisters with smiles." What do you miss the most Cynthia?" Andrea asked and a small smile tugged at the corners of my mouth.

"Please, call me Thea or Sin. I miss my family, the music that I played outside in the barn, and just to be normal again." I answered looking out to the water where Shane and Carl were.

"What do you mean to be normal again?" Carol asked this time and I sighed.

"When all of this first started I was at a friend's house for the night. I vegly remember it, it was all just a blurr with screams. After that I couldn't find anyone. I dont even know if my family is alive or even my sisters. I'm telling you this because I trust you." I said looking at the four women by me.

They all nodded. It became quiet for awhile but it became annoying when Ed was still looking at us.

Andrea stood up and spoke,"Ed tell ya what, you dont like how your laundry's done, you are welcome to pitch in and do it yourself. Here."
