Third POV

It was the next morning and no one knew where the young redhead was. Andrea stayed by her dead sister's side and wouldn't move. Others started getting the dead bodies to where Jim dug graves to.

Behind Carol, there were leaf's crumpling. The woman jumped as the others became alarmed. Holding their weapons up, they waited but lowered them when they actually saw the redhead herself. Dirt and blood covering her.

Her eyes searched frantically for a certain pair of ocean eyes, until she found him. Sighing in relief, she started looking for the sisters but stopped on Amy's limp body.

She walked over to the other side opposite of Andrea. The blonde didn't move but she felt glad that Thea was okay.

Cynthia got up again and started walking in to her tent which was still clean. She quickly changed into a dark grey tank top and dark green Jean's before stepping out.

She just stared off into the woods, listening for anything to get her attention. Yelling caught her attention, walking over she saw blood on Jim's shirt.

Walking closer she grabbed his hand that she bit the day before and reopened the wound. Pulling away, she looked down.

"He's infected in the abdomen. There's no way to remove it, I'm sorry." she said and they were all surprised by what she said and how she knew.

Cynthia

I walked away, coming back and looking out into the open.

--------

It's been an hour since I came back to camp. We lost Amy and many others. Andrea was heartbroken and had to put her sister down and bury her.

Jim was in the RV having what I assume hulutionations.

I felt someone come next to me but it was quiet. "Hey Thea." the person said and I turned to face them only to be met with the same ocean eyes again.

"Hey, Carl. How are you?" I asked looking down a little since I was 3 inches taller.

"I'm okay, you?" he asked this time and I gave him a small smile." I'm not sure anymore but we're here together and that's what matters the most." I answered and he slipped his hand in mine and smiled.

-----------

Everyone was headed to the CDC, whatever that stands for. I rode with Daryl. It was silent but comforting at the same time. After we left Jim sitting up against a tree.

-----------

We finally made it but it was something i expected from the world we live in now. There were bodies everywhere including military.

I pulled my hand pistols out looking for anything. "Keep close everyone." Rick said while we followed his lead.

We came near a building but the doors were locked. I started hearing growling coming near. Turning around, I raised my guns, eyesight becoming farther than the normal human eye.

"You might want to hurry up, walkers are coming this way." I warned them, not bothering to look back.

Everyone started panicking as the got closer. That is, until the doors opened. We quickly ran inside and the doors closed behind us.

As we walked further into the building, it was quiet, too quiet. "Anybody infected?" a deep voice asked and I quickly turned around.

"One of our group was. He didn't make it." Rick answered truthfully but I didn't trust the guy for a second.

"Why are you here? What do you want?" he asked quickly and my suspicion grew deeper." A chance." I spoke up and he turned to me and said," that's asking an awful lot these days."

"We know." I said taking a step forward. He looked at all of us before saying," You all will submit to a blood test. That's the price of the admission."

"We can do that." Rick said and I lowered my weapons but not completely.

I ignored the rest of the conversation as I looked around. Some of us went to get our stuff but mine was in a backpack slung to my shoulder.

--------

Everyone was squished into an elevator. It was quiet once again but very uncomfortable.

When I got my blood drawn, I would have flashes of what they did to me. What was strange was my blood was pitch black.

I watched as his eyes furrowed together. "Do you know why it's black?" he asked and I stayed silent for a moment before saying," No."

He hummed in response and took the needle out. "We're going to try a little experiment." he said and walked to a lamp and then brought it over. I cautiously watch his every move. Turning it on he spoke," I want you to grab ahold of the lightbulb and think of what you hate most. Can you do that for me...?"

"Sin."

"Right." he said and stepped back. Everyone watched with worried and confused expressions.

Closing my eyes, my mind went back to the Umbrella corporation. I hated it with a passion. They kidnapped me, tortured, experimented, tested, and tried to make me a weapon.

My hand squeezed around the glass, breaking it and then crushing the inside. Letting it go, the same glass fell to the floor. I looked at my hand only to see it healing on it's own. My head snapped to Dr. Jenner and said," what was your point or theory of this?"

He seemed to be in amazement." You really are Project Zero."

"What the hell is Project Zero?" I asked raising my voice, taking a step back.

Cliffhanger!!! Project Zero is what they worked on after Alice escaped.
