Jack looked back at Prim, who just shook her head frantically.
"We aren't asking."
Jack sighed and turned back to the officers.
"Come in." Jack said
Shneep hid the dead body, Anti covered his cut, Wilford hid his revolver, and Dark stopped glowing blue and red. The officers came in and Prim saw John walk in.
Chase's POV
Chase looked over at Prim who hid behind Anti, and saw the way she looked at one of the officers. Chase then realized who this officer was. Chase moved over and stood in front of Prim next to Anti, who looked at him, questioning what he was doing.
"What are you going?" Anti whispered
"That's the man that tried to kill Prim." Chase whispered
"How can you tell?" Anti whispered
"Look at the way she looks at him." Chase whispered
Anti looked back at Prim, then back at Chase.
"You're right." Anti whispered
"Where's Prim? One of the officers asked
Chase and Anti moved away, to review Prim
Prim's POV
Chase and Anti moved out of the way and the officer's eyes fell on her. Prim took a step towards the officers. John walked over to her.
"Do you remember me Prim?" John asked
Prim nodded and itched her scar before John pulled her into a hug. Prim looked behind him and at Wilford. She could tell he wanted to pull out his gun and shot John, but Prim gave him a look that told him not to do it. John released Prim and looked at her, then pulled her towards the door. Prim pulled her arm out of his hand and he turned to look at her.
"What are you doing Prim." John said "Let's go home."
Prim shook her head and walked over to Jack.
"I don't want to go with you." Prim said
"But your mom-
"Excuse me, but are you John?" Mark asked
John nodded
"So your the one that slit her throat and left her to d̵̛̛̗̯̦͕̦̩̾̈̾̉̄î̢̛̹̘̬̟͗̓͆͛͌͛̍ͅè̩͚̠̝̥͖̀͆̍̃̇̃͋͡.̸̻͚͓̪̘̰̞̹̯̊̋̆̐͂̈̈́͡"̧̛͙̟͖͙̮͔̻̖̫̔͊̑̀̈́͝ Anti said glitching with the last word
John looked dumb founded, then looked at Prim.
"Is that why you don't want to come home?" John asked
Prim hid behind Jack and nodded. It had been awhile since she had been scared, I mean her guardians were mostly demons or people, who have access to things that can kill people, but she was terrified. Anti stepped forward.
"Can't you see she doesn't want to go with you? Isn't hat enough for you to leave?" Anti said
"I'm sorry but she is my daughter-
"Actually." Chase said pulling out a paper
He handed it to John's partner.
"Technically Jack's her guardian until she's ready to go home, which in this case she's not." Chase said
"But you can still visit her." Jack said "If Prim wants it."
Prim moved out from behind Jack and looked at John.
"Only mom. No one else."
