DANAS POV:

I open my eyes again, and whisper in Zayn's ear "and bring me chips, your bitch is hungry" and my eyes roll back again.

Zayn blinks, nervous chuckling as i felt his hands trembling "on it" he whispers.

ZAYNS POV:

Dylan gets in the ambulance car, waiting for me to carry her in there.

"She can go alone with him" a detective points at Dylan.

"But we need you to ask a few questions." He continues

I ball my hand into a fist, but calm down.

I have to stay calm, for her.

They bring the bed, and i lay her on it, her back arches, eyes back opened and she gasps, feeling as if her bullet was going in deeper as she was being moved, and she pitch screamed.

The guys widen their eyes "how is it even possible that she managed to walk?"

I sadly smile, holding her hand and my voice cracks "because she was protecting us"

Shit how did i not notice?

All of us knew her pants darkened, and i'm sure Mia thought it was period.

We were all so caught up with Jackson and his teammates that we never realized how Lily was doing.

And yet all she did was try to get us out.

And all we did was sit and listen.

But Justin? I'm not even sure if he's even realizing where he is.

Talking about the devil, where are they?

"OH HAVE MERCY MY LORD CHANNING WHY HAVE YOU LET THEM SHOOT ME" Mia yells, acting out, putting her hand on her forehead and holding onto Justins chest as she spoke in a british accent, she was on the ambulance bed and Justin rolled his eyes, holding her hand, although he did that, i think he was the most frightened person out of us.

He must've felt blamed.

"It's just grazed chill the fuck out your best friend is about to die" Justin says, holding the bridge of his nose as he heaves a sigh.

"BUT WHY AM I BLEEDIN- wait what she's shot?" Mia says, sitting up from the ambulance bed.

"Yeah, badly, everyone is shocked she even walked" Justin says, looking down on his hand.

"Holy shit i thought it was period blood" she widens her eyes.

The detective walks up to Justin "name is Detective Nick, i want to have a few words with you" he says as Justin groans slightly "okay"

"Baby" he kisses Mias head "i'll be back home, don't do anything dumb, i love you" Justin says, cupping her face as Mia smiles yet her face full of worry for Lily.

And so, we went to the nearest police department.

And it was probably the longest time we've waited for our time to come up, we waited for 3 hours, just sitting and doing nothing.
