Happily ever after begins

They never did get to return the next day. The emotional rollercoaster Jin had been through that day combined with his acceptance that he found his mate triggered a heat. Of Course, Taehyung was more than happy to help out his omega.

They had agreed that they would mate each other in the upcoming heat, without waiting till their official wedding, regardless of Jin's kingdom's rule of not mating before marriage. They didn't care what rule said, not when they found each other after so long.

None of them could guess that the opportunity to do so will come so quickly, but Taehyung was more than happy to claim his omega, without any hesitancy, because he knew both of them wanted it.

They kept their mating bites hidden from the crowd and Jin's parents, blaming the delay on Jimin's heat. Yoongi had to work extra hard to keep their secret. Most of the people accompanying them were Taehyung’s kingdom and his most trusted ones, so the task was a little easier.

They did however return from the trip hand in hand in Airport, love for each other evident in their eyes.

Taehyung's parents as well as SeokJin's were happy because it was good for the future union of their kingdoms. With Jin's memory, Jin returned to being much more confident and extrovert. They started going on dates and visits, the public quickly fall in love with the visual couple that seemed extremely in love. They were a perfect royal couple, and everyone was eagerly waiting for the royal wedding.

The royal wedding was everything everyone had ever dreamed of and more. Taehyung and Jin chose to get married at seaside palace hanging on the mountains. The ocean visible from balcony where they were set to marry. The white, silver and midnight blue reminding Everyone of moonlit night on the sea.

The change in Jin's courage and his defiant personality came under highlight when he showed up at the aisle in a wide collared tank top underneath his suit, mating mark showcased for everyone to see.

Everyone started murmuring and Taehyung could see how furious his father-in-law seemed, but he couldn’t care less, knowing fully well he won’t do anything to harm his mate while he was there. All he could think about is that Jin was showing off their bond and that's all that mattered.

Jin was looking more beautiful than ever in his white suit with silver lining, a purple flower crown on his head signified his omega status. The pearl pendant on his neck shining brighter than ever. Taehyung's midnight blue suit made him look every bit of the prince that he was and Jin couldn’t take eyes off him.

They both had only one thing to vow to each other..

During the reception, Taehyung removed his tie and unbuttoned first two buttons of his shirt so that everyone could see his mating mark as well, and Jin gave him one of his fondest kiss ever.

The next day, newspapers and websites were full of pictures of their wedding dance, where both of their mating marks clearly visible, declaring to the world that this was not just some political Marriage.

They themselves had chosen each other, to love and cherish forever.

Taehyung and Jin were delighted to see that the public reaction was overwhelmingly positive, with commentator calling their action ‘breathe of fresh air’ necessary to keep the monarchy alive.

They made their goal to work together for various social issues. With Taehyung's constant support, Jin took up Omega rights as his favorite cause, an act which his father did not like one bit, but agreed to let him do it because the political sentiment of citizens. Jin proved to be very well organised and a natural leader, the pupils’ fall in love with him even more.
