3 week's..... 2 months.....Time seriously flew over your head. You were halfway through the school year. You got a drivers permit. Your exercise to relieve stress paid off, as you started to get stronger. You weren't all muscular, like guys in magazines, but you were definitely much stronger than you looked. Your job started to pay off, as you now had a semi-consistent supply of currency in your pocket, which you of course used to help your mother. Drei grew larger, till he reached what appeared to be close to the largest he would get.
You and Kawaii~Chan grew closer, though neither of you spoke of your private moments. You both liked each other, but neither of you considered making it official. And as a bonus, you haven't seen the one guy that was beating her again, and she said nothing about it. It was nice. And considering you were never talked to about the encounter in the hallway, you assumed the guy hadn't reported you.
Right now, you were at your locker, opening it, when an envelope fell to the ground. Someone slipped it into your locker. You picked it up, and turned it over in your hands. On one side, someone had written 'Y/n' in plain handwriting. You shrugged and grabbed your bag, shoving the stuff you'd need into it, including the envelope. You put the bag on, slammed the locker, turned the dial a few times, and walked with the tide of people up to the front door of the school. There, you saw your car, the one your dad left you in his will, with your mom in the passenger seat. You walked to it, and got in the driver's seat. Something had been bugging you for a while, something you needed to ask your mom. She seemed to notice, as you started the car, buckling yourself in.
"Is Something wrong Y/n?" You looked at your mom."
Are you going to marry someone else?
Your mother shook her head.
"No, I feel like if I did, they'd die an early death too." You nodded grimly. You understood. You pressed on the gas pedal, starting the short drive home.
"So, how was school?" You shrugged at your mom's question.
Normal. What about your day?
"My day was fine." You pulled up to the driveway, pulling the keys from the ignition.
"Remember Y/n! You have work in two hours. Make sure you're ready!" You nodded, and headed upstairs to your room to lay down for a bit. Your work uniform was hung up, ready to go.
You sat on your bed and opened your bag, grabbing the envelope. Turning it around a few times, you grabbed a pocket knife from your dresser, and used it to cut the envelope open. A slip of paper resided inside. You took it out and unfolded it, revealing the contents.
Hey Y/n!
In preparation for the upcoming school break, I've taken the courtesy to invite you and several other friends to a few days of activities, so that we can all hang out, and have some fun! Please tell me if you can make it. (Details on other slip of paper, I don't know how to print on both sides of the paper)~Aphmau
You shrugged, moving that sheet and looking at the other one.
Day 1: Meet up at Travis' home(his parents know and agree to this, shockingly), bring clothes for 5 Days, snacks and such are optional.
Day 2: We go to the movie theater at 12:00 noon. Snacks here are provided. After movie, we head back, and play games
Days 3-5: For The remainder of the Week, we will go camping at a campsite rented out. Camping gear will be supplied, but expect to share. You will cook your own food, and we will play a variety of camp games
On Friday of Break, at 12:00, we will head back, and people will start going home at 7:00 pm.
Please RSVP
You read it over a few times. There was an upcoming break? Since when? You grabbed both sheets of paper, and went downstairs, where your mom sat on the couch, petting Drei. You placed the papers in her lap. She picked them up, reading them. She looked at you.
"Lucky you. Want to go?" You nodded.
"Alright. Make sure to tell your grandfather at work. Speaking of which, you haven't taken a shower, haven't you?" You smiled sheepishly.
"Go do that." You nodded, going upstairs.
After another week, it would appear that the time had come. You had a backpack packed, and a grocery bag of food. Those sat in the back seat of the car, as you drove to Travis' house, your mom in passenger seat. You pulled into what appeared to be his driveway. Aphmau was just walking up the front porch. You beeped the horn at her for a brief second, making her jump. She looked behind her to see the car. She held a hand to her heart as you got out of the car, walking behind to get your stuff as your mom walked out to get into the driver's seat. You grabbed your bags and walked up to the porch, where Aphmau stood.
"First of all, was there really a need for that? And secondly, since when do you drive?" You have her a thumbs up, ringing the doorbell.
"That doesn't help!" You smiled at her as the door opened.
"Oh! Y/n~Kun! Aphmau~Senpai! Travis~Kun told me to let you guys in." It was Kawaii~Chan to answer the door, surprisingly. You waved as you walked in, Aphmau behind you. Kawaii~Chan led you to a living room, where a few people already sat in wait. Some of which you didn't expect. Seriously, how the actual Hecc did Aphmau convince Katelyn to join this?
Travis stood up.
"Great! Everyone's here! Shall we get started now?"
Hi it's me again. I have a few things I need input on before I go. First of all, I need party games to play here. It can be as simple as Hide and Seek, but keep things PG please. Same applies for camping games. Oh, and one last thing: do y'all want me to start a One Shots book? It wouldn't be too important, I just wanna know. It'd have characters from different shows and games, like ones I'm familiar with (RWBY, Destiny, Legend of Zelda, Horizon Zero Dawn, My Hero Academia, etc), one's I've heard of, it had minimal experience with, or just interest me(Splatoon, Soul Eater, etc) or one's I'd need to do a bunch of research on(everything else). I'd take requests and all, along with a few of my own, but I just want feedback. And just in case, it would NOT take any priority over my other stories. Anyways, and as Always, have a wonderful day! So Baii!
