You gathered all of the papers and set up his schedules. You hear him waddle into the room, you look up at him and smile.

"Here you go, Mayor Cobblepot. Your schedules for today." you say as you smile.

"Thank you my dear, u-um I have something to tell you." he stuttered as he blushed.

"Yes Oswald?" you questioned.

"You know what" he chuckles,
"I seemed to have forgot" he laughs nervously. You can tell he's nervous, he's just too easy to read.

"Well, we have to go; you have a speech today."

You both walk back into the mansion and Oswald stops you.

"We need to discuss something very important over dinner." he says sternly. You nod but you're confused, did you do something wrong? Is he going to fire you!? Now you were becoming anxious. But you had to wait until dinner.

As you walked into the dinning room, your anxiety was through the roof. You sat down and smiled at Oswald.

"Thank you for joining me, my dear," he paused, "I have to tell you something very important but I'm not sure how to tell you."

"Are y-you firing me?" you questioned.

"Oh! Heavens no! You're my best employee," you sigh in relief, it wasn't easy to get this job. But what is he going to tell you? Does he like you?! You did have a huge crush on him, and you tried not to show it.

"I want us to be more than employee and employer."

"What do you mean?" You reply, at this point you're pretty sure he is going to ask you out or he's going to amke you business partners.

"I was wondering if, if you would go on a date with me?" He mumbled. You wanted to squeal in joy but you held your composure.

"I would very much like that Oswald." You rarely called him by his first name, so he was surprised.

"Very well then, tomorrow at 6 pm."

"Alright, I'll go free up your schedule, Oswald." You stated smiling happily.
