Shoulders fall, breath deepens

She sits there and looks out the window

Sunlight adds a golden glow to her face

Eyes closed. Staying in the moment.

The window is open

And the soft breeze brushes against her skin.

Shoulders fall, breath deepens

Mind is blank

Skin is tingling as body lets go

Eyes become heavy

Soft music floats through her ears straight to the heart

It's dancing to the sound of peace

and to the time of breath.

Birds are chirping and the sound of traffic seems far away

Her mind becomes quiet

She sits cross-legged on the floor

Fingers brush something soft

Clothes sit lightly on the skin

She is neither cold or warm. A perfect temperature.

She feels light

Familiar smells fill her nose

A mix of a rose flower and fresh stone

With a hint of harmless smoke.

She smells nature

The scent slows her heart

She swallows. Forgetting everything that has been said.

She tastes a hint of mint

She lets the air run across her tongue

Eyes open and she is greeted by a pale blue sky

With touches of pastel pink and yellow

She sees the light stream through the window

Her surroundings nurture and care for her

Her eyes are not strained

Shoulders fall, breath deepens

Mind is blank

Body lets go

And then moves on.
