Dani's POV

I'm finally meeting Dylan. We have been talking for a few months, even before me and Payton started dating. I know he has a little crush on me, or had before me and Payton started dating. And when me and Payton broke up, Dylan was always comforting me and trying to make me smile and it worked. He's just such a sweetheart. He's like my best friend.

Me, Payton, Faith, and Chase were hanging out in Payton's room just talking about random crap, until we heard a knock on the door. Chase opened it and I saw Dylan and my eyes widened.

I instantly got up and literally jumped into his arms. I wrapped my arms around his neck while my legs were around his waist and his hands were on my waist. The hug lasted about 10 seconds, but it was a great hug.

"Jeez. I've been waiting to meet you forever!" I say as my legs let go, while we are still hugging.

"Same here. I was thinking your hugs were gonna be amazing. I was right." He says as he lets go of me and winks. I blush and look down and then sat down next to Payton.

I tried to hold his hand once I saw he didn't look very happy. he looked super upset, which made me upset.

I tried to hold his hand and he pulled his hand away from mine.

"Baby? Don't be mad at me." I say with a pouty face.

He looked at me and I can see him try not to smile as he shakes his head and looks away.

"Babeeee stop. I'm sorry I'm happy to meet my ibf. You can't be mad." I say as I try to hug him. He again rejects me.

Dylan, Faith, and Chase all look at us, looking like they feel bad.

"Bro, you might want to talk to her. She looks super upset." Chase says with an upset expression on his face.

Payton looks at me then looks back at the others. "Can you guys give us a minute?"

"Sure. We'll be downstairs." Faith says as they all walk downstairs.

"Babe..." I say and he looks at me.

"You can tell he likes you, Dani. He fucking winked at you!" Payton said super loudly which made me flinch.

"I just don't want to lose you again." He says quieter and looks down.

"Babe. You aren't gonna lose me. I don't want you to be mad at me. I don't like when you're mad at me." I say as a tear rolls down each of my cheeks.

Payton's POV

I look up and see she had tears rolling down her face and I felt really guilty right away.

"Oh my gosh, babe. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to make you cry." I say as I hug her.

"No. Now I'm mad at you." She says with an obvious kidding voice.

I chuckle and kiss her cheek and then grab her face with both my hands on either side of her face and wipe off her tears with my thumbs. She smiles and I kiss her lips and pull away and then we hug.

Dani's POV

Everybody walks in and sees us hugging.

We both look up and stop hugging but he keeps his arm over my shoulder

"Were you guys listening to our conversation?" I ask while giggling.

"Maybe..." Faith says.

"Are you really jealous of me, P? I wouldn't try to steal your girl. I know she's yours. Those hickeys make me not wanna go near here haha." Dylan says while chuckling.

"Well, you winked at her and she blushed. You gotta see where I'm coming from." Payton says. I can't tell if he's kidding....

"It's just a friendly wink. Promise, bro." Dylan says while also chuckling.

"Good. I'm his. These hickeys prove it. And we took pictures to prove it too." I say and wink at Payton.

"Yeah I know. I've seen some. They're super...cute?" Dylan says with a grossed out expression on his face. Me and Payton just laugh.

I get up to hug Dylan again and Payton pulled me down so I'm sitting on his lap.

"Hunny, let me hug my friendssss. Stop being jealous." I say while giggling.

He smiled at me and let go of my waist and I hugged Dylan again.

"Sorry, Dylan. He's just protective and he gets jealous easily." I say as I let go of him.

"Guys. I can hear you. Gosh." Payton says which causes everyone to laugh.

This night ended on a great note. I love these people
