"you know, you didnt have to pay for the dinner, daehwi.." jeslyn lightly blushed as they walked out of the restaurant.

"ah, it's fine, dont worry about it. did you enjoy the food?" he asks.

jeslyn nods and smiles at daehwi. daehwi adores her smile more than anything in the world. "you're so precious and cute. you never change, do you..." daehwi says out loud.

jeslyn laughs as daehwi gets lost in her smile. "waahh~ being all flirtatious daehwi? you can do that allll you want when you get a girlfriend." she lightly hits his arm.

but i want you to be my girlfriend... daehwi thinks in his mind.

he puts his elbow on her shoulders and teases her, "shorty."

jeslyn rolls her eyes and laughs it off.

while walking home, jeslyn had received a text message.

taeil; haha, for the hundredth time jeslyn, you don't have to call me senior.☺️

jeslyn; sorry... i forgot.

out of nowhere, daehwi snatches her phone.

"hya, daehwi!" jeslyn tried reaching for her phone. daehwi held her phone higher to where jeslyn could barely reach, reading the texts out loud. "do you have plans tomorrow?"

"daehwi give it back!"

daehwi was texting on her phone and jeslyn was unable to reach it.

as daehwi gives her phone back, jeslyn reads the message that he sent.

jeslyn; actually, i do. i'm going on a mall date, why?

jeslyn raises her eyebrows as she looks at daehwi again.

"date?" jeslyn asks in confusion.

"yep. i just made that up."

"with who?"

daehwi points to himself. "me."

jeslyn pushes him away and runs.

"aish you- wait up! you run too fast!"
