Liandrin escorted Elena outside the refugee city with a handful of witch hunters to the beach across. With a small wave of her hand the ground spit out the witch hunter. Arm still severed and covered in dirt he didn't move for a few seconds. 'Well Elena this is your chance. Do us all a favor.' Elena took out the bow and charged up a bolt. It pierced the knight straight trough his torso and immediately burned him. He screamed in agony as his body turned into embers leaving nothing left of him.

'Well now we know it works.' 'At long last...the turning of the tide.' they traveled back over the pass to prepare to move out.

A unfamiliar ship reached the docks of Kazugor. As armed troops were waiting at the docks to greet them they relaxed when they saw it was Gundarr back with his expedition.

'So you're finally back eh? The king will want to see you.'

*

'So you actually were at this alien land? Deciphered a rune wall, fought off fiery monsters and stole a new ship to get back here?' 'That's pretty much it my lord.' 'You do know how crazy it sounds right?' 'Well I couldn't make any of this stuff up.'

'I know. So I believe you.' The king scratched his beard as he read trough the translation on the paper.

'The hammer rests at the center of creation huh? What does that even mean?' 'I have no idea sir. But its closer then we have ever gotten in our entire history.' 'That may be true, but we're still not close. We need to have the historians guild look into this center of creation. Well done Gundarr, you and your whole crew will be rewarded for this.' Gundarr bowed before his king before leaving him to ponder. Now they had yet even more questions...

The army were loading up the ships for one more journey. They would sail at the next sunrise towards the war for their future.

Until then all of them were given time to rest after days of traveling over the sea. Eldarin was currently following the speaker of the orcs, he only merely said he had something important to show the young mage. They had left the city and made their way up the mountain and off the beaten path.

'We're here' he said stopping. Eldarin looked around but saw nothing but snow everyone till he started to hear flapping of wings. Just as he reacted to the noise the giant dragon landed in front of them. Its scale matching the white snow and its growling beast like and intimating. Eldarin took out his sword and the dragon stood down just as the fire lit up from the blade. 'Is this why you brought me here speaker? For a dragon?'

'Why else dragging you here? We need every advantage we can get and your sword are one of the few things capable of controlling dragons.' Eldarin wouldn't lie to himself. The thought of riding a dragon into battle was epic indeed and would decimate enemy numbers unlike anything else.

Donold sat in his chair, whole body trembling. He had just witnessed some of Khalgoraz servants freely walk on his property and kill his servants for fun. Houses were still burning outside just for fun and he knew he couldn't do anything about it. No one could, that "demon" had full control of the city and those monsters parading the streets served as a constant reminder of that. He was allowed to keep his family riches but of what use were they now? He had no power, wasn't allowed to leave the city and was even scared of walking around in his own house! In the blink of an eye Nyandor had turned from the safest place in the world to the center of all danger.

What was he going to do? What could he do? He heard yet another scream from outside his window, most likely another servant being tortured in the most gruesome extremes. It all had gone to hell....if only he had moved before that thing arrived...
